National Guard is certainly 'military' so how about every time there is a need like hurricane or the mess we have right now and they are activated.

You fail to recognize the fact that we fought a war that enabled those documents to be written and defended by our earliest military. Without the willingness of our earliest warriors to fight and die for our great country, those documents would be merely words on parchment.

Think again TipTop. N**is, the first WW, the Korean War, Desert Storm, the neverending ones in m.e. What do you think would have happened to those rights had we lost any?
