Currently, I think there is no federal law that requires states consistency or uniformity in v****g protocol.

The only way to fix this and make it consistent is for Congress to legislate a uniform v****g guidelines for all states.

Therefore, California and New York could impose a v****g policy for their registered v**ers. This will result to a series of litigation, based on v**er’s fraud, in counting, and sometimes fraud in various ways.

At present most common guidelines are v****g by in person, or v****g by absentee b****t for those eligible, and for the military personnel out of states.

At present more states are crumbling to v**e by mail in b****t. Therefor California and or New York can require protocol of v****g by mail in b****t. This method may result to series of litigation especially at present when the socialist democrats are desperate to take over the US presidency. For mail in v****g the b****t is mailed in automatically to every eligible v**er.

Following are disadvantages of v****g by mail.
There are disadvantages and advantages to v****g by mail in b****t and we must have to weigh in which is the most ethical, honest, and compliant.

Disadvantages of mail in v****g.
1.More cost involved. The creation of machines to count this new b****t system, more postage and printing costs are involved.
2. Independence: The v**er may be coerced by someone at home and v**e for the party or candidate not originally chosen by the v**er.
3. Slower result since the b****t may sometimes arrive at a later date.
4. Increase in v**er’s error. Compared to in person v****g when the V****g Clerk could help correct the problems.
5. Desperate effects on some population. Some native Americans may not have permanent mailing address.
6. The in person v****g tradition is broken and when a new procedure is made. Inconsistency create panic for some.
7. Increase in litigation the most significant counting disputes in the past was counting of absentee or mail in b****ts.
8. Some democrat or liberal states could c***t by not counting v**es for states that lean more of republican v**ers.
Advantages;
1. Convenience.
2. V**er turnout may increase.
3. Cost, no need to hire poll clerk in the v****g booth.

I am afraid we will have a very long and litigious p**********l e******n this Nov. 2020, when the socialist-c*******t democrats are desperate to take over the White House. They'll do all fraudulent means to win. Please be vigilant my fellow Americans. Make sure that the number of b****ts counted must not be more than the registered v**ers.

May God help us!

I'm surprised that the ACLU isn't all over this as 'DISCRIMINATORY'. After all if requiring an ID to v**e discriminates against 'poor people' what about having to go and buy stamps? And what about handicap people having to get to a mailbox and will there be braille b****ts?

I can see where those 'friendly' Democrats will mobilize to help these poor folks fill in their b****ts and then deliver them. And whose to know how many mail in b****ts are 'misplaced' by those on the receiving end?

I like the convenience of it. I like that it could increase v**er turnout.
I don't like that v***r r**********n rolls are sadly out of date.
I don't like that my v****g will be handled by multiple people before being counted.
And I really don't like the prospect of v**e harvesting.
All these open the door for addition fraud

Absentee v****g is done by mail and has been forever. There's at least one State that has had mail in b****ting forever. B****ts will only be mailed to persons with current status on v**er rolls, using the address on record. B****ts must be accompanied by a copy of valid ID and current proof of residency and must match the v**er record.

Yes it will take more time, but with volunteers, who would normally man polling stations, processing b****ts, the cost isn't significant. Instead of party monitors stationed at dozens of polling sites, they'd only need to man one site. There will be no need for expensive recounts, which have happened repeatedly, because the initial count will have been verified by multiple persons, including party monitors. That savings alone will pay for the mail in b****ting expenses.

Between 2012 and 2018, 28.3 million mail-in b****ts remain unaccounted for, according to data from the federal E******n Assistance Commission. The missing b****ts amount to nearly one in five of all absentee b****ts and b****ts mailed to v**ers residing in states that do e******ns exclusively by mail.

States and local authorities simply have no idea what happened to these b****ts since they were mailed – and the figure of 28 million missing b****ts is likely even higher because some areas in the country, notably Chicago, did not respond to the federal agency’s survey questions. This figure does not include b****ts that were spoiled, undeliverable, or came back for any reason.
