Yes, I am often long-winded, and that can be a fault. However, I'm in a minority and it takes a lot to counterbalance the many posts (almost all discouraging, many insulting) coming from the other side.

I agree with one part of that. I've seen some criticism of his wife Melania which I thought was unfair criticism. I haven't noticed anything wrong that she ever did.

I did, just now. I found:

(1) Republicans often claim that mass shooters are Democrats.

(2) I did not find Democrats claiming that mass shooters are Republicans.

(3) Republicans' claims, that mass shooters tend to be Democrats, tend to be unproven claims.

I had hoped to find evidence that most mass shooters are Republicans. I didn't find it (not yet, anyway). I've noticed a few indicators that mass shooters are sometimes r****ts or anti-immigrant (attitudes that I tend to associate with Republicans, and with Trump supporters).

So, after all this, I find that, thus far, it is unclear whether mass shooters are more Democrats or Republicans.

Indications are that some Republicans are reckless in making claims (such as about political party affiliation of mass shooters) without citing sources and often including false statements.

Since I did not find Democrats making similar claims, it seems to me that Democrats are more careful about what they claim (at least about political party affiliation of mass shooters).

Comparitively, it's a lot faster to make a false claim, and a lot slower to prove it's false. Proofs take time. Careless claims can be made very quickly.
