Went to the store yesterday. Masked up and ventured to the out side world. Out of bread milk and a few other items. traffic was light. At the grocery store it was sort of busy. All store personnel wore masks and about half of the customers The governor canceled school for the rest of the year. Our county had it second v***s death. Looks like a few more weeks of quarantine.

Speaking of cabin fever, I’m the Queen. Since Feb. 11, I’ve been out of my house three times...once to the hospital for blood work, once for post surgery doctor visit and once more to same doctor. I h**e the sight of my face in the mirror. My husband probably h**es it, too. Lol

This just a taste of what is coming down the road if this country goes Democrat and Socialist.

True that! Not going to happen though! God is greater than this world!

Last time wife and I left home was 16 December for semi annual checkup at the clinic. Presently we must stay in our apartment. Meals served in here. Only see employees who wear masks as they serve meals. Kinda lonely existence. Wonder if we will get to do our June checkup.

But on the bright side, no symptoms, feel great, plenty to do. Computer, puzzles. Remembering many folks have it worse not to mention having died.
I am thankful.

My son and daughter in law, (both in their 60's) say that they are in a high risk group so I must be worse! So they have me quarantined. I have found a couple of projects that have been sitting on the shelf, in one case for decades, and gotten to work on 'em. Our town select board, in what I think is an excess of caution, have closed the trails in our town forest! I live right next to it. Figuring that I probably can't catch C19 from the black bears, raccoons, deer, moose etc that inhabit this forest, I may hike off trail. The problem with that is the darned ticks. My doctor says that at this point we might as well figure that all species of ticks in Vermont carry Lyme disease. We never used to have ticks back in the '40's. Now they are so bad that moose in particular are literally being eaten alive by the little SOB's.

Maybe no natural enemies to ticks present. What critter would eat a tick?

Chickens and opossums are a couple that eat ticks. Not all chickens though.
