I have a better explanation than that, look at red states that are just now pulling their heads out and doing what blue states have been doing, three weeks from now trump supporters will be having their Italian moment of realization, that understanding that they should have taken this more seriously. Louisiana, Florida, Tennessee, Georgia, Mississippi, and others with small numbers that could have stayed that way had they pulled their heads out.

woodie: I'm not; sure but when you have natural ports of entry the snakes will crawl in and take control very quickly! New Orleans was a classic victim of their annual cajun party!

And you know for sure they could have stayed that way, how? Some people do travel from one state to the other even now, you know. I am acquainted with a woman whose daughter is traveling to South Carolina from WI by car. She is pregnant, and her husband has new employment down there. My state, WI, is still going ahead with in person v****g on April 7-though the Dem governor is blaming the Republican legislature for not postponing the e******n-a violation of state law, by the way-and not sending everyone an absentee b****t-but the governor was a little late to step up, so I suspect this thing cares not if you are red, blue, purple or orange. If you must blame some one, I would think the Chinese government would be the most likely to be guilty. Or you could go back to whoever started the push toward one world order, since the leaders before Trump that bought into that, allowed us to get dependent on other countries for essential products-many of whom do not like us much and would love to see us destroy ourselves. And we will if we keep playing this blame game-Frankly, I do not care who started it, who spread it, and who profits from it, at least not right now. I would think very highly and would probably not mind making dictator of the person that finally gets this country united, defeats this v***s and cares enough about the country to take steps to make us independent of China or any other country of vital products and services, like medicines, and equipment. I will worry about who did what to whom and why later. First things first.

You're welcome. If you want, please continue to bring up other things I didn't say in an attempt to make me look like I h**e America, despite having risked my life for this country.

Do I h**e the troops now? Am I a dirty pro-choicer?

No one has been able to explain to me what "the greater good" means or entails. Exactly who determines "the greater good"? I do not need a caretaker or a guardian. I will make my own mistakes and learn from them or not, but in any case, I will take the consequences, pay the price. C*******m is set up to work for "the greater good", as far as I can see, and it takes responsibility and independent choice and thinking out of the equation. I am not a child, or a robot or a lesser human being of lesser intelligence than those who are working "for the greater good", and I rather despise the arrogance of those who think they know what is good for me.

Y'know, I waited a few days for your response. I'm going to assume you made the mistake of responding before you knew what was going on.

Capitalism works for the greater good. Adam Smith's Wealth of nations explains how when we act in our own self-interest we are also acting for the greater good of all. Capitalism has moved more people out of poverty and improved their standard of living than any other force, whereas socialism has k**led more people than any other force in the 20th century. Someone explain to me how socialism works for the greater good. The greater good of what?
