We have seen over the last 3 weeks after McConnell shut down the senate and sent all senators home for a week during a national p******c and Trump invoking a national emergency so I guess McConnell had something to do so shut down the Senate

But the question is during the process of the Obama stimulus the right wing on OPP screaming like children about those GD democrats creating another socialism program and that was only $750 billion. Now we have a $2 trillion stimulus package that is geared mostly to bail out the corporate elite which two years ago received a 19% tax cut which is socialism. But what we hear now is nobody is talking about socialism because we are looking at a stimulus that is the largest bailout in history and we are taxing tax payer funds handing it to the corporate elite and that is socialism. But yet nothing from the same people who screamed socialism.

OMG!!! This bill was passed bipartisan!! Do you know what that means???? It means Republicans and Democrats passed the bill!! So cease your ignorance!!!

You forgot to mention that Republicans are considering that the government should take an equity stake in exchange for grants to the airline industry (as opposed to giving them loans.)

Government ownership of the means of production is about as socialist as it gets.

So true. Ovommitcare was passed with not 1 Republican v****g for it and then Chief Justice Roberts had to interfere with the Bill and change it to a tax, the biggest tax the American public ever had to pay, to get it to pass, which was illegal on his part.

I said the same thing...He should have given it back to them and said, "You have 5 hours to get together and come back with a 5 page bill without all the pork (because we ALL know bailing out the Kennedy Center for the Arts is MUCH more important than respirators). If you don't do this, I'll VETO it."

We all know it wouldn't happen but it would, once again, show the priorities of the people who are SUPPOSED to be working for us.

Of course the DemonRats and their buddies at F**E NEWS would crucify the president and scream that he doesn't care for the little man....like THEY do. (SARCASM)

1-workers get $
2-Corporations get $ for payroll so employees stay on payroll
3-some workers get both
4-win for the working class.
