wood, We can make lots more respirators than we are now. The problem is that Trump has not ordered American companies to manufacture them. He is looking for companies to volunteer. He certainly has the power to make super large corporations manufacture protective gear, tests for the v***s and respirators. He is in a position to save thousands, maybe hundreds of thousands of lives. He said that we are at war with this disease. If FDR would have asked American companies to volunteer making tanks airplanes and all the other materials for making war, we all would be speaking German now.
