For wh**ever the churches reasoning PC Culture took over and that in itself is/was a bad idea. My intention was to never cause harm with my own opinion and life experiences. If as you have stated that someone has been harmed by my opinion then they must not have very strong convictions with their own belief. To think that every single Practicing Catholic hasn't at some point not questioned or had concerns at times would make them nothing more than Sheep. This is NOT WHAT THE LORD ENVISIONED!!!!! We are all to think for ourselves make informed decisions and then go on from there.

The problems are, those you've reported, I've never heard, seen, or encountered in our Catholic Church. I am a Lay Minister of the Church and all I see around me is about the love of Christ to all of us. The body and blood of Christ sacrificed for our sins. Who ever wrote or prepared those reports and whoever believes them does not know the real t***h of what is going on in our Catholic faith. I wish you could attend our Mass or service, and you will see that our faith is fully dev**ed to Christ. Perhaps you recite the Nicene Creed, and that is what we worship and pray. We love all people, no matter what Christian faith they belong. We call them brothers and sisters in Christ. We don't attack any one of them. We love them all. 98% of the Catholic Priests are dev**ed and sacrificed for the service of God. I know that because I see them myself, how they serve God and sacrifice all the years of their lives. No one is perfect, and I am sure the Catholic Church is not also perfect. But God understands that and he forgives when we ask forgiveness for our shortcomings.

I wish you well. And I pray God guides your way.

May God bless, heal, and protect all of us in this time of the v***s crisis.

The most important reasons for these lies and hatred of the Catholic Church as posted on YouTube are L**T'S or gays and lesbians h**e the Catholic church so much. They could not marry or take the Holy Eucharist for practicing L**T. The Holy Bible consider the L**T as a mortal sin. The Holy Bible does not allow L**T to marry same man, or both woman marry. It is now allowed in the Holy Bible.

Correction, on the sentence above: It is now allowed in the Holy Bible. It should be: It is NOT allowed in the Holy Bible. Sorry about the typo.

I want you also to know that what ever the Pope does in his office, we the Sheep of the flocks do not know about it. Because our focus of our worship is to Christ, and follow His commandment as much as possible.

The Pope may have problems, I have heard that he is too liberal on his policies, and now trying to embrace and welcome Mullahs at the Vatican praying together.
I don't know exactly his purpose for that.

All those things you've reported, I am not aware of, and I have no control over it. That does not mean that when I may know about it, my faith in Christ will also vanish. No, that will even strengthen it, and ask the Lord to deliver me, and the flocks from all temptations.

The only thing I am aware of as I've read from news before, that Pope Benedict was forced to retire with the help of some powerful forces of Obama, Clinton and replaced by the liberal Pope Francis. I am not even sure of that. I just think the Pope Francis may be too liberal. But who am I to judge? I don't want to entertain evil thoughts, and I leave it to God.

I focus my attention to Him. When things come into my mind like that, my sources of comfort are the Holy Scriptures. I just pray and let the Lord make decisions and dictate to me what I must live for day by day. I rely on God's guidance and protection.

May you have a good day. And may God keep you safe always.

I myself, is bothered by the news I heard about the Pope at the Vatican. What ever he does there, I don't know. But that does not distract me for my real faith in Christ. The Holy Eucharist (Communion) is very important.

Today is a Season of Length. That time when we celebrate the sufferings and death of Christ. Last Sunday Mar. 22 was the 4th Sunday of Length. We don't celebrate Mass for the meantime due to the C****av***s. But we do at home, pray with our family, and the children.

We celebrate the day of the Risen Christ. (Easter Sunday) soon to come on April 12th. Hope the v***s subsides.

I wish I am close by you Mike. I am far away here at the West Coast of Washington state. If you can find a Catholic Church, please go into the Tabernacle and you you'll find Jesus there. Remember the new covenant that Jesus gave us.

Corinthian 11:24-26
Sharing the Lord's supper.
…24 and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, “This is My body, to be given up for you."
25 In the same way, after supper, He took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in My blood; do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me.” 26 For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until He comes."

Other Christian churches find all kinds of criticism and h**e the Catholic Church. It rather emboldens my faith. I love all Christians as Jesus told us to love one another as He loves us.

May God bless you including your family and especially during this Holy Season of Length.

May God bless our country, protect and heal us from this C****av***s.

I think it is called the season of Lent, not length, but that is not the point. I am a Lutheran, a Bible believing, 6 day Creation believing Christian, and I have been all my life. I don't know which Christian churches you are referring to that h**e the Catholic church. I have gone to Lutheran schools nearly my whole life, most of my playmates as a child, and many of my friends are or were Roman Catholic. I learned much from them, I learned much from my study at Dr Martin Luther High School in New Ulm, MN, where we spent an entire semester of the teachings and the history of the Roman Catholic Church and how Luther wanted to reform it, not destroy it. I spent many a quiet evening sitting at St. Paul's Church in Manitowoc, WI meditating, praying and talking to the priest there-usually around midnight or so. Roman Catholicism was very confusing to me, but I was never taught to h**e it, or to despise it, or mock it. I was taught to learn about it. I could never be a Roman Catholic, I know that, but I certainly do not h**e those who do, and do not know any Lutherans who h**e it. Mostly they ignore it, or don't know much about it. Please tell me which Christian churches you are talking about. I know of no Calvinist church, methodist, or Episcopalian, or United Church of Christ that teaches hatred of the Catholic Church. Please explain.

Catholics never h**e other Christian faith either. Fact is we pray for them too. Cause we call them brothers and sisters in Christ.

I have only discovered here at OPP from 2015 to 2018, when I faced so many of the Evangelicals called the Catholic Church a cult. And they had been calling me a Pagan. Indeed that hurt me so much. I cried and prayed and prayed, but just emboldened my faith. I forgave them for calling me Pagan. Because I love all Christians, no matter how they believe. We are taught to love one another as Christ love us.

In fact recently one of the members here at OPP called the Catholic church a CULT. That is how this debate started again. We finally came to understanding at the end cause I told him I respect his Christian faith though it differs from my ways. And we finally came to a peace agreement. I love all Christians. I want all people to know that.

Sometimes we have meetings with Methodist Church of and we have similarities in our worship and charity fund raising to help the poor in the community.

I wish you could read this whole topic from the beginning and perhaps you'll find how it started when someone called the Catholic Church a Cult. I totally forgave him for that at the end we understood each other.

So many are attacking the Pope. To be honest, I don't even know what is going on there at the Vatican. We have a liberal Pope I know. I am a conservative.

This is the Catholic Church, means universal.
Matthew 16:17-19 King James Version (KJV)
17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.

18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

May God bless you during this Season of Lent and always. Thank you for participating. My nephew in NY is a Lutheran. He is one of the VP's of JP Morgan Chase. He loves me, his Auntie, came took a leave of absence, took care of me last Jan .2019, when I got sick for 2 weeks. He is my only immediate family. He is a good Christian.

I am glad that you have people in your life that remind you what it means to be a Christian. I might remind you though that "catholic" with a small c means universal. Your church's name is Roman Catholic, since the head of the church is placed in Rome. Part of the difference between you and me is the interpretation of that Bible section you quoted. Can't imagine why anyone thinks the RC church is a cult. Yoicks. Ignorance is everywhere, I guess. God bless you, and keep praying for the country, for the world, and continue with charity.
