No one has the right to force their 'preferences' on others: You don't have the right to use the female restroom; you don't have the right to run in track meets against girls; and you certainly don't have the right to force me to use your preferences in "pronouns'.

You seem to think - as l*****t do - that only YOU understand those who are different. You choose not to believe that another person can evaluate, and then reject, those beliefs that you hold dear.

I didn’t see anything on your post that led me to believe any t***s person was trying to ask you to be t***s yourself. So how you find their existence a burden or
affront to your person is beyond me.

Personally, I find the specifics events that form the basis of Christianity to be as believable as Athena springing full-grown from Zeus’ head. But I am fully supportive of anyone’s spiritual journey, including fundamentalist Christians. There’s no need for me to adopt their beliefs for us to coexist happily. Unfortunately I have yet to experience the same respect for my journey as I am willing to give others.

Truly?

In all your years, you have never encountered those who could care less about your sexuality and simply treat you as another member of society?

That's dark...

I feel for you....

Sorry my friend. I certainly did not mean to make my last statement a blanket one. Of course there have been (and likely always will be) those that have no room in their world for those different than themselves. I have found that I myself generally get acceptance and respect in the same measure with which I give them. But the reality is that there are those who see me only as an idea that affronts their beliefs, despite wh**ever efforts I make to present myself as a human.

No need to feel bad for me. I am ever grateful for the good things in my life, which so far outweigh the bad things.

Glad to hear it...

The choices of others could never affront my beliefs... They're my beliefs and not subject to the influence of those who live life otherwise...

God bless...

You sound as an advocate who wants me to believe that you are a t*********r.
If you are, it is an exception because 90+% are men t***sitioning to be females. One such, Danielle Askini, is married to a male person who is gay. In her own words : I might be crazy but I am Brilliant. I suffer from lymphoma, ADHD, myasthenia gravis etc.
She also bills herself as Human Rights Defender under direct attack from the Trump administration, that caused her to seek asylum in Sweden - obviously denied. But the Swedish taxpayers were still liable for all her medical expenses the whole year she was there, all the while badmouthing their immigration and healthcare system.
I will not bore you with other details, you can go on Twitter and find out for yourself. Don't expect any mention of "g****r dysphoria".

The same as any other person who has a psychiatric disorder - it matters. If you read the original post, it addresses very serious medical procedures and medications being given to children.

Your comment about the Boy Scouts - looks like the judicial system is handling it the way it is supposed to.

And you quite obviously are bigot - you blame a group of people based on the actions of a few. Do you do that with other groups such as African Americans, Amish, or Trump supporters?

You misunderstand me, Mr. Bear.
I am, fortunately, not t***s. I can only imagine the suffering of having an identity so discordant with one's body. But as you can see from my posts, I in fact do advocate for t***s people of all variants. It's certainly no skin off my nose if someone identifies as a g****r different than what I might find comfortable.

Some cursory research indicates that your statistic on the percentage of FTM t***s people is likely outdated.
Here are a couple of articles that indicate the numbers of MTF and FTM t***s people might be more equal than once thought, as well as an interesting take on why FTM t***s people might have gone unnoticed.

https://slate.com/human-interest/2017/09/t***s-youth-clinics-are-seeing-more-t***s-boys-than-before-why.html

https://www.quora.com/Are-male-to-female-t***s-people-t***s-women-more-common-than-female-to-male-ones-t***s-men-If-so-why

I haven't heard of Ms. Askini, but will look her up when I have an extra moment.
If she has t***sitioned successfully then her g****r dysphoria is likely no longer an issue for her, so it wouldn't be surprising that a single article about her did not mention it.

It is a long journey to change your g****r, and this does not happen on a whim. It is years of psychological testing and counceling before one is allowed to act on their feelings. Since these poor kids have been feeling this way since birth, they, even if underage, should be allowed to act on it with their parrents permission

Well, I don't give a hoot about a g****r confusion in general. What bothers me is the politics of it - you know, every freak group in our society declares itself a "community", A****a, T*********r etc. And they start bothering everybody else who is "victimizing" them. Capich?
