Actually, it doesn't-----and that's a known fact. The law doesn't apply if you are poor, black, Hispanic, female, gay, Native American, etc. It only applies for SOME. I've been on the other end of the law too many times----even when I was within my rights, they said the law didn't apply.

There are those who abuse their power/authority. But that does not mean the idea is not false.
So, yes, the law does apply to everyone....

I don't know if I agree with "plenty" - depends on on's definition of plenty.
But, when I encounter someone like that, I do my best to rectify the situation. I think I can say I have won more than I lost.

Sometimes you don't get a chance to rectify. They just take action without asking questions.

The issue I have is that they are targeting ONLY people from Central American on this issue. No one brings up the Canadians or Europeans that overstay their welcome.
