Here's something everyone who reads this will agree with...

we need to be dealing with accepted facts if we are to have discussions where anything productive takes place...the division is because the two sides cannot agree on what the facts are.

It's time to figure out what the t***h is and the only way is to figure out what it is. The side that is relying on something they cant prove needs to buckle under to provable facts. The side who says I know everything I need to know even when they actually know nothing needs to take the time to learn the facts.

The biggest problem wood is it proven most big news companies have a political position and have been caught altering facts to fit their political bias or they outright lie. This is why most conservatives go-to conservative sites for news but even those get twisted info at times. Then why wouldn't he let his staff testify and present evidence? If you are innocent, you want your day in court. Trump didn't. Smells to high heaven. Doesn't matter if he thought it was not right, his actions still stink. If it was you, wouldn't you present evidence on your innocence, or go straight to jail? I know it wasn't a trial from the House, but the trial was in the Senate. He had TWO chances to come clean. Most Americans only get ONE chance to come clean.

There are no rules for the House investigation----they can do wh**ever they choose. Nothing is written legally or in stone for House rules. The only rules for impeachment is that the Senate tries the case and can only convict by a 2/3 majority.
