The problem for the GOP and trump is that in a real trial setting, each time they run a rhetorical statement that is a lie on it's face, that will be rebutted with the whole story, the facts that support those, and many other facts that stem from that. Every time a rhetorical defense is run out it opens the door to things the GOP would rather not have rolled out in a factual presentation for the public to see. In real trials the defense stays away from everything that triggers displays of factual evidence.

Right now we are going to have to listen to another day or two of repeated rhetoric that begs for direct rebuttals.

I know that this is the overdrawn account Democrats wish they had overdraft insurance to cover. There will be no witnesses called because that would not only change future impeachment processes but would put the House in charge of our Congress.

PRESIDENT Trump will be acquitted…...not only that, the House's actions have ENSURED his ree******n. Additionally, the lower courts WILL take notice and rulings, even by Progressive judges, will change their views and start ruling on the merits of the case based on law, not their own hatred.
