He will never resign, it would mean his doom. Along with the stack of federal crimes under his belt he has committed felonies in other jurisdictions and as soon as he is out of office their will be a line of prosecutors and attorney general’s lined up to charge him. Pence can not pardon him from everything the way Ford did Nixon so he has no choice but to obstruct as long as he can.
