The EPA is a good example of a bureaucracy gone wild. Of course the left will jump on anything they don't like to try to make it look bad, not considering other ramifications.

What if the water identifies as lemonade and you are required to drink it as such?

Do you really mean to claim that all water, everywhere, is subject to the natural laws of gravity?

Without providing even one study to support your bigotry?

What if the water decides it doesn't want to flow downhill?

Or if it's not certain of its final destination?

Your bigotry is truly astounding...

I'm glad that somewhere, some kind l*****t was willing to pay for the 1,200 studies that showed "that" water behaving in a certain manner...

Sometimes you truly disappoint me with your alt-right bigotry and ignorance

Nah, no worries. She either forgot to put the proper emoji at the end or went fishing.

OMG! Koolaid. Now we know progressivism is in the water. Your comment on lemonade alerted me. How is it that Conservatives have developed an immunity? I'm baffled! I know we cannot visit the drug store and buy a quart of common sense. This is a great mystery. 😇

Amen. The EPA has long ago outlived its usefulness. They’ve been weaponized like many other federal bureaucracies. And as administrative agencies, they operate like little fiefdoms, answering to nobody but themselves. So Trump simply took one small step towards reigning them in.
Hopefully in his second term he’ll really do what he wants, not hold back, and with a stroke of his pen eliminate the EPA entirely. HAH! That would be a good start.
After that he should set his sights on the Dept of Education and abolish them too! Now we’re talking!
We’re talking billions of dollars wasted on uniformly left leaning bureaucracies that indoctrinate young captive audiences with pure unadulterated rubbish!

The entire city of Toledo and its suburbs had their water supply in Lake Erie poisoned by Cyanobacteria created by farm runoff. There is damn good reason for these regulations that go well beyond protecting endangered species.

You should be more worried about the s**t runoff in the liberal bastion of California......what all lib cities strive to be.

A turd on every sidewalk, a needle near every playground.....at least until the run down with the first rain.

Good Job.

The environmental destruction continues under this POTUS

(CNN)No one should want the United States to return to the days of free-flowing industrial pollution, of dead waterways and poisoned birds, when science and society didn't fully understand how large-scale environmental destruction happens and how to stop it.

Peter Groffman
And yet, that is essentially where the Trump administration is taking us with newly implemented rules that dismantle decades of environmental protections. The rules, which went into effect Thursday, will allow all sorts of pollutants to be dumped into our wetlands, seasonal streams, waterways that temporarily flow underground and t***sient streams that result from rain and snowfall.
These waterways ultimately feed into the larger bodies that provide much of our drinking water. Removing their protection creates a real and urgent danger to our health and environment.

The EPA: The Worst Of Many Rogue Federal Agencies
The EPA: The Worst of Many Rogue Federal Agencies, Part II
About Those ‘Devastating’ EPA Reductions

Our lakes, rivers, streams and coastal areas are infinitely cleaner and far safer to drink from or swim in. The notorious lead contamination in Flint, Michigan water occurred under Gina McCarthy’s (Obama's) watch, because her agency didn’t do its job. It was her EPA officials who also triggered the infamous Gold King Mine blowout that contaminated hundreds of miles of river water with arsenic and other toxic metals.

So much for “protecting public health,” ensuring “environmental justice,” and safeguarding our most “vulnerable communities.” It’s as if we’ve come full circle, and now need to be protected from EPA. In t***h, that goes all the way back to the agency’s first administrator, William Ruckelshaus, who ignored his own scientists, banned DDT, and sentenced tens of millions of Africans and Asians to death from malaria.

The EPA became bloated, incompetent and derelict in its fundamental duties largely because it became ideological, politicized and determined to control what it was never intended to regulate. Through mission creep, sue-and-settle lawsuits, and an eight-year quest to help “fundamentally t***sform” America’s energy and economic system, it attempted to regulate every rivulet, puddle and other “Water of the US,” stuck its nose in numerous local affairs – like the road to a nickel mine in Michigan – and colluded with environmentalists to block Alaska’s Pebble Mine before a permit application had even been submitted.

Yes, Trump is a mean hombre. He wants to poison our kids, take away wheelchairs from the geriatric crowd, starve young helpless kids ( most get 3 free meals a day in school), destroy and prevent all Americans from getting medical care, prevent terrorists from entering our country, tax "po" folks and give their wealth to multi millionaires (The demorat party is wealthier than the Repubs), cause dissention among the races (Thank you ovommit), keep tanks, anti ballistic missiles and machine guns in the American people's hands so they can k**l school kids, cause mass shootings and proliferate mass hysteria, and Trump will seek to destroy our planet so that all life will end in 5 years. Interesting how even though he is doing all these nasty , dastardly acts that he is the most successful President in recent history!!Yes, Trump is one mean hombre.
