Well I don't care what you say, this whole mess is illegal. You don't start an investigation looking for a crime. You must have a crime then you investigate. The demoRATS are destroying the the criminal justice system suit themselves.

We learned that from the House.....and the wine stained copy of the Articles good ol' Nancy provided.

It is not going to be impartial, 3 yrs of Democrat abuse towards our President created that.

Now you get it.......5 terms should be enough to fix what liberals have done for the last 11 yrs.....maybe, a lot of s**t to clean up in 5 terms....some on the sidewalks now I hear also....yep. lots of s**t to clean up.

Not as far as I am concerned. Two terms is enough for any of these guys. The House had its chance to call witness's. The House Managers have been (two) caught lying multiple times. Easy to find. Also, three of the House Managers who are so worried about the Ukraine getting this vital aid actually v**ed against the aid package. I don't think they need any more witness's, but hey, if that's what they want to do bring it.
A couple things you sheeple should think about. If this impeachment procedure was treated anything like an actual criminal trial , what would you have? 17 witness's of which 16 were second, third, hearsay witness's. Not allowed to testify in most cases. The only fact witness, actually admitted he was assuming Trump was looking for a quid pro quo. Admitted he never heard Trump ask for a quid pro quo. To have a crime we need something criminal to have happened. Apparently the injured party (according to the democrats) was the President of the Ukraine. Only problem with that is the facts. The facts are The President of the Ukraine says he never knew there was ever a hold on any aid and he was never given an either or choice. Trump asked him to do us (America) a favor, not Trump personally. There's also the little problem of our treaty that Clinton signed with the Ukraine involving corruption. In a nut shell that simply means when American tax payer money is involved the President not only has the right but the duty to make sure that money is used for what the country receiving it says they will use it for. The company involved in the Ukraine corruption probe, Burisma is very corrupt. You can read reams of reports about this shady corporation and it's
enablers, if you can understand them. Trump had every right to ask about that company and anyone involved. Not his fault the Biden's are up to their ears in this corporation. Hell they bragged about it. Here's the last nail in the coffin of this sham of an Impeachment. The Trump administration delivered the aid. Yep, they did. Had until the end of September and delivered the aid September 12th. So, we delivered the aid. Did the Ukraine start an investigation into the Biden's dealings concerning Burisma? No. I explained this because I believe you to be at the least fair. Point out the Impeachable crime.

Yet they had time to sit on the articles of impeachment for over a month.

It’s called Executive Privilege. All presidents have used it, especially where national security is involved. Got news for you dummy, Trump can cite Ex. Pr. in the Senate also.

And it can't be used to cover criminal behaviour.
The only national security issue we have is trump himself!
John Roberts can call witnesses if he choses !

Nice try dummy. That's just an interpretation. The only thing the Constitution says about this is He, (Roberts) presides over the Impeachment trial. If he tries to call witness's I guarantee this goes to the Supreme Court, where Roberts would most likely have to recuse himself. Just where was our National Security put at risk with the Ukraine? Can't wait for this spectacular response. As Fred G. Sanford would say,"You big dummy".

In an unpublished manuscript of John Bolton’s forthcoming book, the former national security adviser said that President Trump told him firsthand that he wanted to continue freezing military aid to Ukraine until officials there helped with investigations into Democrats, including the Bidens. We need to hear from Bolton and others under oath.
Any idea what you are implying here? When you speak to someone, say something to someone, tell him you want to do something, but you never do it, what crime have you committed?

Impeachment is a political process, not a criminal one. Neither the senate nor the House are courts of law, a congressional subpoena does not have to work its way through the courts.

You people are f--ed in the head. There are morals to being president of the United States of America. I expect absolute honesty and equitability from each and every one of our elected leaders. What is wrong with you that you would turn a blind eye or in the case of the Parnas recordings a deaf ear? The integrity of our nation is at stake but with no care at all for facts or the t***h you are willing to spit on the constitution and every thing Holy and right.
