In an unpublished manuscript of John Bolton’s forthcoming book, the former national security adviser said that President Trump told him firsthand that he wanted to continue freezing military aid to Ukraine until officials there helped with investigations into Democrats, including the Bidens. We need to hear from Bolton and others under oath.

They didn’t have the time to wait for subpoenas to work through the courts, and he is a direct witness his testimony is in no way hearsay.

===================
Kevin, Bolton was disgruntled human being after removed from post. His book story are all under the p**********l and executive privileges to making sound decisions, how to provide the aid to Ukraine to ensure compliance of agreement and prior frauds have been cleaned up. I already explained that to PeterS earlier. Yours is a repeat.

the impeachment was completed at the House floor basement in secret with locked doors. There was no participation of the GOP minority.

Schift, Nadler, and Pelosi finalized the Articles of Impeachment. The Articles were given to Pelosi which she held for 33 days, before submitting to the Senate floor for trial.

Schitt, Nadler, and the 8 democrat jurors recited their case for 3 days at the Senate Floor. Was completed, and now the GOP's turn to rebuttal their issues:
1. Abuse of power, 2. Obstruction of Congress.

Problems in this Article:
1. The proceedings in Congress was unconstitutional. Democrats prevented the participation of the GOP team to question.
2. All Witnesses of Congress were called to testify. None allowed of the minority GOP's.
3. The offense Schitt and Nadler reported were not impeachable crimes.
Here are Impeachable Crimes allowed by Hamilton in the Constitution:
President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors."
4. The crimes listed by Schitt, and Nadler, and Pelosi do not count as impeachable crimes. In fact, those activities have been done by prior presidents.
5. The Senate's duty is to put the Articles on Trial. Congress could no longer return to their impeachment detail by adding witnesses. Those were done by the Lower Chamber. Now, the Senate has tried the validity of your case.

6. Senate could now dismiss the Impeachment Article for lack of merits. as impeachable offense, in addition to the unconstitutional proceedings conducted by the House of Representative at the basement. Participation of the GOP minority was prevented. Clinton had so many valid impeachable offenses, and was properly conducted with full participation of the minority party, according to the constitution.
7. Senate decision: The president is innocent of all charges, and must be acquitted.
Schitt, Nadler, and Pelosi, could be sued and locked up for serious violations of the president's rights, while discharging his p**********l duties.

I don't care what anybody else on this thread says---Yes Bolton should testify and yes it is a cover up to not allow witnesses. It is a r****d court far from impartial.

The impeachment process by Schitt, Nadler, and Pelosi was already done at the locked basement of the House chamber. They should have called Bolton there. No more of that those witnesses. It is now the GOP defense to rebut.

Didn’t have the time to wait for one??? You can’t be serious... Given their positions they hand deliver them to a judge who signs off..

He offered they changed their mind and never seeked a Subpoena. Period

Exactly why I told dummy to get some education. Besides Trump can still cite EP. Not up to Bolton.
They should v**e to stop this charade. When two House managers, Schiff and Nader, have been caught lying there is no reason to go on. I kinda wish they would. It’s helping Trumps poll numbers. If you can believe the polls.

It’s called Executive Privilege. All presidents have used it, especially where national security is involved. Got news for you dummy, Trump can cite Ex. Pr. in the Senate also.

Then why didn't the lying bastards subpoena him. I guess you didn't notice he came up with this just as his book is being released. And just what makes the Bidens so holy they shouldn't be investigated they are are
the most corrupt politicians in the demoRAT party and that is sating a lot.
