His 13 year old daughter, Gianna, was on board. They were going to a basketball practice for her. His wife just lost her 41 year-old husband and a daughter, and their 3 other children lost a sister and a father. How very sad this is. I hope they find the strength to weather this tragedy.

Three families impacted. That's a lot of sad people, never mind all his thousands of loyal fans. Me too. I'm praying they find their way to some semblance of peace through all their sorrow.

Sheriff just announced that there were 9 people in helicopter,not 5!!! They are not telling the names until autopsy is performed!!!!

Have you heard who the other 4 people were? I did see that they are now reporting 9 people. My guess is that they were other team mates and parents...more people to pray for.
