Can you imagine what the population of this country would be, or what the cost of welfare would have been? The right wants them brought into the world but has a problem paying for either their prenatal care or after they are born.

The right wants you to be responsible in other words take responsibility for your actions. If you create a life take care of that life and raise it in the right directions for them to succeed. If you don't want to create another life then take the necessary precautions so as not to impregnate the woman or if you are the woman take the necessary precautions so as to not become pregnant. We don't want anyone on welfare and we don't want to continue with putting people on welfare. Is this to much to ask for?

You are absolutely right. In addition to giving women the right to k**l their unborn children they also gave them (and the sperm donor) the right not to accept responsibility. Maybe they ought to do the same thing for drunk drivers. They haven't k**led nearly as many innocents.
