Question for all on OPP.

Since you have bought into all of Trump's lies, his r****m, his discrimination, mysoginy, total lack of morals and values....you say exactly what is expected of you like a good little parrot.
Yes, I also have an obligation to my country to correct republican bs and treachery. Because of those who enjoy sipping the kool-aide in their tin-foil hats...my obligation weighs heavily upon the soul....but we are determined to fight the good fight! Come on November!
Since you have bought into all of Trump's lies, hi... (

Yes you want things to go back to the downward spiral our country had been in for several decades. Back to limited opportunities for minorities and people living in poverty areas to do anything but live off the demoralizing and barely livable government programs and failing public schools. Back to the elite being above the law and involving in blatant corruption. Back to dismantling our military. Back to reductions on border security. Back to apologizing to the world for being a great country who has helped more people around the world than any other country. Etc. Etc. Etc. Just so your leaders are smooth talkers, nothing else matters.

"By the way, Impeachment is forever -even with a mock sham trial in the Senate...Trump remains impeached in his first term to boot!" - Judas
Your "impeachment" means nothing to most Americans.
A sham that diminished the meaning of impeachment.
It raised the popularity of Trump, and v**es for Trump.
Thank you very much, Judas
Acquittal is forever. You say the trial was mock? Why because it did not violate the constitution to allow house investigation to be done by the Senate which is against our constitution. The House has sole power of impeachment. Sole power to investigate and hold impeachment hearings. The Senate has sole power to try impeachment. The Senate does not have the power to investigate impeachment or write articles of impeachment. Only the House does. The Senate must try the impeachment case presented in the articles of impeachment the House presented.
Some thought that since the House hearings had excluded Republican participation in calling witnesses or questioning witnesses the democrats called, and in disallowing due process for the accused; AND since no impeachable offence was listed in the articles of impeachment presented by the House; that the Senate might decide to either dismiss the case or violate the letter of the constitution and allow the Republicans to call witnesses. This would have been a constitutional violation. But for the House Democrats, who already had the time and power to call witnesses BEFORE they closed their case, wrote their articles, and v**ed on them to cry foul when the Senate refused to violate our constitution and do the House Democrats job of investigation for them by calling more witnesses the Democrats had changed their minds about not needing; is the height of hypocrisy.
But I do agree that the Senate was unfair. They were unfair to try an impeachment which listed no impeachable offenses in the articles of impeachment.
Impeachable offenses are limited to
TREASON
BRIBERY
HIGH CRIMES AND MISDEMEANORS
Yet no crime was even listed.

I actually had nothing to do with Trump's Impeachment. Were it up to me, he, most of his family, and nearly all of the current republican leadership would be swapping spit in the prison shower with B.D.Jones and Bubba. [in case you got lost, any of your millennial friends can explain who B.D. Jones is]
You can say it "diminishes the meaning of impeachment" but nevertheless, it will remain in the history books for all time...Donald J. Trump - F**e US President Impeached during first term of 2016.
Yes, being impeached certainly raises your popularity....v**es...naw, not so much....the Big Blue Wave is coming....again!
And guess what, you don't even have to thank me for the news....no charge!
I actually had nothing to do with Trump's Impeachm... (

Coming again? If the last 2 e******ns (2016 and the midterms) were an example of the big blue wave; the by all means bring it on again.
And please explain how you figure Trump is a f**e president?

Well! Democrats and the liberal Lame Stream Media ignore all that.
When have facts ever mattered to Demobat! This is a about maladjusted males who want an UNFAIR advantage. Anybody doing this should have a forced castration and removal of penis, some stupid males would do this but most would decide they want to keep marbles.

To Democrats; facts can be a nuisance.

The two charges listed as crimes were "coercion of a foreign government to interfere in our e******ns" and "obstruction of justice." Everyone with an ounce of sense knows that the republican led Senate simply flat out refused to do their jobs and basically pizzed on their oaths and the Constitution. So, don't be surprised come November when democrats not only keep the House, but reclaim the Senate and presidency as well. Stay tuned!

They must have sold out of face masks in your neck of the woods.

The two offenses listed were obstruction of Congress, which if you look into how they came to it, was that Trump brought the question of executive privilege to refuse to let some of his cabinet answer to a congressional hearing; and abuse of power. This latter used to be called maladministration and was debated at the time the constitution was written. They specifically excluded it as an impeachable offence.
So the latter was specifically excluded as impeachable and the former is outlined in our constitution as one of 2 ways to deal with a conflict of powers between the executive and legislative branches.
