Its worse than that...its imitating those old dictators and tyrants of the past who thought they were superior to everyone else.

Have you ever asked yourself "exactly what does that phrase putting America first" really mean? Does it mean that America is the only nation with the right to live free? Does it mean that only America has the right to dictate to other nations how they should live? Does it mean that America has no duty or obligation to help any other human life forms that are not American?

It sounds more like you guys want America to be isolated in its own bubble, totally self-sufficient, and non-dependent on anyone or anything. Well guess what - God did not intend for that to be so, and therefore it will not be so -no matter how many walls you erect, how many cultural bans you enact, or how many people are deported. Man has tried for centuries to "go it alone" and it has just not worked -and that's for a reason....God did not intend for man to be alone, or to believe that he is superior to any other man. period.

When you consider the republican led charge to "deport all immigrants -beginning with those of Mexican descent" -when you support separating families and caging their children while denying them basic health care and sanitary conditions -when you deprive entire races of people the same freedoms and 'rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness' you want for your own family - I would have to say it is those people (largely republican) who actually believe that.
