Np, I have been there and understand. Thank you for the amends.

Rufus hasn't posted in three days so I hope he not only stopped posting but did get help.
It would be nice to know whether or not he is OK.

Knowing evil and doing evil is something we can't get away from. We are two sided people. Sometime we love and sometime we h**e. It depends on what gets in our way. There are people I like and there are people I don't like. It has nothing to do with how they live or what they do. It is like oil and water they don't mix. We all have skeletons in our closet. I wish I could help you and I wish you could help me. Life doesn't work that way. Our inner struggles have to be dealt with ourselves. We got ourselves into them and we have to get ourselves out of them. All the talk in the world doesn't do any good. Once we realize we have a problem and admit it to ourselves then we are on our way to doing something about it. If we keep lying about it then we will never change. If we h**e the color brown on a wall and never change the color to something we like, we will always be looking at brown and hating it until we change the color to something we like. That goes for thinking too.

Wise person you are. Of course, the theory only becomes reality and constructive in nature when we take the giant leap from "knowing" to "doing" -- I know it well. ;)

Dear Rufus:It shows good character that you can apologize for your misdeed.
I know all about the drinking thing.I quit boozing years ago because it was destroying my health. If that had'nt happened,I might still be doing the daily drinking drill with the blurry mind and, yes, the inappropriate and stupid comments.
I much prefer the sober Zeno with his lucid thoughts and speech, and his greatly improved health. This is a much saner way to live.
Keep up the good work,Rufus.Stay dry. Zeno
