Rumi, For those of us who study the whole Bible and accept that it is written by God thru men that he chose! It is what we call, God breathed! Paul stated this in Timothy 3:16. You have chosen a few key verses to use for your “religion” that excludes the very words of Jesus Christ!

Robert Jeffress is an excellent pastor of a Baptist Church in Dallas! He preaches the Bible, not just the feel good verses, but the verses that teach how to spend eternity with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
He preaches the Gospel 1 Corinthians 15:3-4. Romans 10:9-10. 1 Tim 2:5-6. 1 Peter 2:24-25
1 Peter 3:18. Rom 3:23-25

Men who preach the gospel do it out of love, not h**e as you presume!

Why is it that you always claim that anyone that doesn’t believe what you believe, whether it is Political or in Religion, is h**e-filled, r****t, unpatriotic, blind, uninformed, etc. etc. etc.!!!!!

Maybe! Just maybe! We just disagree!
Rumi, For those of us who study the whole Bible a... (show quote)

True. Yet you attack me as wrong. If there were no story of the Good Samaritan in the Gospels, imagine a pastor making a Muslim the hero one Sunday morning. How would the congregation respond?

The Samaritans were h**ed by the Jews and it ran deep between them. Pastor Jeffries would assign loving condemnation, not acceptance, to the man Jesus choose. Why did Jesus do that? The implications are huge. One matter: we cannot say who is going to hell. Those that do are fools.

The Bible is the most Politically Correct document on earth. Why you can't see that or disagree is because you want the freedom to h**e. You want to call a spade a spade when Christ wants you to call him brother.

The majority of the time you’re wrong about the bible and you are wrong again here.

Jesus was anything but politically correct. He called a spade a spade and thats one reason they k**led him.

You are wrong. And right on cue playing the victim.

There is one path to God. Jesus told us what that is. Not many - one. You either believe it or you don’t. If you don’t you are on the wide road.

Jesus Christ states very explicitly who will go to Hell!

Some of your questions and statements are so outrageous and blasphemous that they don’t even deserve an answer!

Jesus does state explicitly but people continue to be offended by his message and insist there are multiple paths deapite what he told us.

Exactly why I generally avoid him. Pretty sure he knows exactly what the Bible preaches. Also pretty sure he doesn’t believe it and he just likes to stir up crap. Anyone with an ounce of sense knows the Bible is considered politically incorrect today. If it was PC no one would have to worry about their actions or judgement to come.

You’re absolutely right! Rumi thrives on attention and will say almost anything for it! For those out there that doesn’t know the Bible, I don’t want them to be deceived by Rumi’s misrepresentation of what the Bible teaches. That’s why I listed the verses on the gospel!

On other subjects with him, I’m just entertaining myself!

Right now, Army has one quarter to catch up with Navy!

I think maybe I may be a little prejudiced for the Navy this year being this close to Pensacola Naval Air Station and their losing 3 of their own! Every once in awhile we get to see the guys practice over the gulf. It’s always exciting to see them!

We have a pretty good time

On Friday there was a going away party for a friend... I spent most of it discussing theology and beer with a couple of Muslim friends...

Left when the little liberal American girl decided to join us... She has issues with free speech... Seems to enjoy acting as a referee...

If one starts from the premise that not everyone in the group agrees, nor are they likely to agree, then one can have a very enjoyable conversation with some pretty interesting people...

You a scotch man?

I agree.... Judgement is for God alone...

Jesus praised the Samaritan for his actions, not his faith, right?
