This is anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor by Japanese !!! Hundreds of thousands Americans lost their lives that day!!! We should remember the heroism of American people that horrible day!! The sad thing is I bet that today's youth don't even know what's significance of Dec 7th is!!! It's very sad that in today's schools teachers are more interested to teach h**e towards this President then teaching actual history of the United States!!!

Yes. What you post is true. But before we throw blame at the individual teachers I wonder how many teachers are forced to submit to the doctrine of the administration. "Brow beating" is a common activity by the closed minded and/or those filled with h**e.

Worth noting on this day of infamy: Because of the Gallant Defense of Pearl Harbor, the planned

third wave of the attack, against fuel storage tanks, was cancelled; and the Japanese fleet cut and RAN.

Without that fuel supply, the U.S. Fleet could not have supported actions at the Coral Sea and Midway.

Uncommon Valor was a common event that day!

No way!At least one generation away from living or teaching history. Thank God I don't have kids in the 'education' system for me, them, and the teachers.

But thousands more were k**led on both sides after that day. A day of infamy indeed. Mike

If you want the definitive history of the attack on Pearl Harbor, read

At Dawn We Slept by professor Gordon W. Prange.

Does anyone know the role McArthur played that day? Did he d**g his feet on counter attacking from the Philippines? It seems that I got the information from somewhere that General McArthur thought he might keep the Philippines neutral since he was a big time adviser to the Philippine Government.
