Why the house must impeach Trump even if the Senate won’t convict him.

The President has the power to pardon anyone who is convicted of an offense against the United States, with one exception: in cases of impeachment. If Trump is impeached by the house he can NEVER BE PARDONED! Not by himself or any future president! For this reason and this alone he must be impeached so he can be held accountable for his crimes.

Give it a rest. You have no clue about law or anything else for that matter.

It seems to me that there is no need to be pardoned from an accusation, which is what impeachment is. Do you on the left see how obsessive you have become with your charges against Trump?

Put down that crack pipe for a minute, find someone who can read and have them read article two section two of The United States Constitution to you. Ask them to read it slowly and repeat it so it can sink in to your muddled thought process. The President shall be commander in chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the m*****a of the several states, when called into the actual service of the United States; he may require the opinion, in writing, of the principal officer in each of the executive departments, upon any subject relating to the duties of their respective offices, and he shall have power to grant reprieves and pardons for offenses against the United States, except in cases of impeachment.

No, they can’t see it, because they are blinded by their hatred for this president. I can only imagine how difficult it is for Trump to be on defense ever since his first day in office.

Democrats know there is no real case for impeachment and no chance for conviction in the Senate, but they do not care. They just want it on his record because of h**e. It had been their goal since e******n night 2016.

Everybody I know feels this way as well. Trump has, however, gotten much done to the benefit of the US. He seems to continue on, unbothered by the insanity of the Democrats. Let's hope the v**ers can see through this come next November. I am under no illusion that they will stop their BS for any reason, even another victory come e******n time.

This statement is half true, while there is a solid case for impeachment with first hand evidence of criminal wrongdoing bolstered by witnesses with the utmost integrity there is little chance for conviction in the senate. It is essentially trying an obviously guilty mob boss with his henchmen and lieutenants sitting on the jury.

The Dems know this, of course, but their hope has been to score enough hits on him that people would say, Enough! However, they have botched the so-called impeachment investigation to the extent that following through with it might backfire on them. I do think that Nancy realizes this and is caught between a rock and a hard place. Go Trump!

Kevyn, you are whistling past the cemetery. What the Dems have come up with is purely wishful thinking trying to fool as many as they can, while hiding the true culprits of Comey, Clapper etc.

I’ve read it dipstick. So what? He will be impeached on a strict partisan party line. He will not be removed. It’s like being charged then found innocent in a court of law. Why would he need a pardon and what good would it do. Are you to dumb to see who this impeachment fiasco really hurts?I believe you are.

A couple of t***hs about a fool.

You can't teach them.

You can't embarrass them.

Why.?

They're fools!

KevYn lacks the basic good character to be anything but one.

Not only could he be impeached for being a fool.

He would be convicted unanimously.

Why argue with a fool?
