A woman has a right to have control over her body. If some guy, under any circumstances , impregnated a women, and walks away from the pregnancy that is fine for society. If a woman takes control of her body and says no, I do not want the pregame, she has that right.
Women face several issues after pregnancy, including post partum depression. In rare instances infanticide happens. It is a rare instance. Conservatives have built a lot of bs stories about it.
Yep, women now have the "Me Too" movement. That is solely because of a bunch of a$$holes abuding their positions. I'm not sure that is a positive thing.

There are instances when the pregnancy is accident and forced upon a woman, I still want to save the baby. There are so many waiting for adoption of babies or children. This choice may not be comfortable for many. But that is just my choice.
However, if the pregnancy causes health problems that may endanger the life of the mother, I think the doctor could decide an a******n.
Every step we make, there are always challenges. But we have the wisdom to make the best choices.
When it comes to overall e******y with men.
There are valuable gifts that women do better than men.
There are also valuable strength that men do better than women.
Why: Because we were created with different purposes by God.
To compliment each other's strength that unites for a stronger family.

It is both amazing and saddening to see how many American women have been brainwashed into voluntarily accepting living in servitude under the puritanical patriarchal cage foisted upon them by conservative ideology. Hopefully the Virginia e******n is the beginning of a sea change that will purge our nation of this poisonous nonsense for good.
I fear you don't know very many women very well. I don't know ONE
who fits your description.

And Amen to that. Hopefully, more men will come forward and support women for this long overdue change, with it also equal pay.

Exactly. And kevin’s post is ignorant at best.

More denial from the conservative right who are the major proponents of it. Always fearing of losing some sort of power and control.

Maybe you could explain why women weren't considered a person when the constitution was drafted. Can you also explain why women didn't get the right to v**e until 1920? Would you also explain why the ERA wasn't adopted when it was first introduced in 1923, or why it has been 48 years since the bill was adopted by the Senate, but still hasn't become an amendment to the constitution?
Of course, your response will clearly affirm your previous post. I am anxiously awaiting your answes to these questions.

Day after day after day we talk about human rights, but we never talk about our right to be human.

Do you really believe that society puts the same onus on a man who waiks away from a pregnancy as it does a woman? That is pure bs. A woman is stuck with the issue for life. The guy just has a guilty conscience, maybe, if he walks away. That is a significant difference.
If what you said were true, men would have the same disrespect you seem to be assigning a woman who has an a******n. That clearly isn't the case.
So "Me Two" is because a party is hijacking it to boost their position? I rest my case for the need for the ERA to become the 28th Amendment. You need to be forced to face reality. IMO, "Me Too" is because women are tired of being abused.
Virginia has committed to passing the ERA, and it will become the 28th Amendment. Clearly not soon enough.

If a woman has the right to have control over her body and she doesn't want to get pregnant, then who is controlling her body when she lays down on her back and spreads her legs?
