There's no reason Americans can't do the grunt stuff and we need to quit buying into that utter nonsense.

WE need to pick apples, clean hotel rooms, catch fish and work landscaping...

A real economy is built from the bottom up. Prices go up but so do wages and the cost of government goes down.

The post-WWII generations have forgotten all about the Great Depression, the Dust Bowl and what folks did when they had to.

When teens cut grass, work in restaurants and Walmarts they don't spend so much time on their asses or with their eyes glued to a cell phone AND they fill a necessary economic slot.

This idea Americans won't do something is a repellant attempt to brainwash them in my opinion.

There is a misconception that the i*****l i*******ts do the jobs that Americans won't do. After ICE raided the chicken plants in Mississippi (I think I remember correctly) this summer, there were lines of Americans waiting to apply for the jobs. What needs to be done is to require employers to use the e-verify system when hiring new employees. If i******s are caught working at the company and they passed the e-verify system, the company does not suffer any consequences. However, if the company did not use the e-verify system, they should suffer the full consequences of the law. This should apply no matter where the illegal comes from. I have friends and coworkers from Central America. Most of whom are hard workers (some of the younger people need to lose the entitlement attitude and get a work ethic, but that's all a part of growing up no matter where you come from).

There is no such thing as an undocumented immigrant. An immigrant is one who has pursued a legal avenue to permanently move into a country and adhere to the laws of immigration for that country. A migrant is someone who moves around to different places within the same country. How, then, can a legal immigrant to our country be undocumented?

What you are referring to is called "i*****l a***ns" who are trespassing and in some cases squatting on our land. They have no legal right to be here, and they have broken the law by sneaking here. I feel bad for those people who want to immigrate to America the legal way, learning the language, having physical and mental exams and taking an oath to abide by our Constitution.

I'm s**k of those who want to re-name something because it suits their political agenda. They are I*****L A***NS. Period.
