I have read the transcripts 3 times and nowhere in the transcript did I read if you don't do that we will withhold military aid!!!!!!! In fact there were no mention of the word military anywhere in the transcripts !!!!!

The problem isn't what Mulvaney said but what people think he said. Quid pro quo is the basis of every deal ever made. That includes everyday things like buying groceries. I'll give you this if you give me that; I'll give you three hours of my labor (converted to money) if you give me a cart full of food items.
What people think he said was that Trump traded military support money for his personal benefit. That is not what Mulvaney said and he attempted to clarify the difference.
Unfortunately, the Left wants to hear Mulvaney's words in their own context.
