That's why the Dummycrats got so pissed off when they lost in 2016. With all of the double v****g, busing v**ers into other states to v**e, all of the illegal v**es and dead people v****g, they thought they couldn't lose. I guess they were wrong.

That, I'm not sure of. No real proof that many v**es were cast fraudulently. My point is , it doesn't matter. The E*******l College matters. If we elected presidents by popular v**e Trump would have run an entirely different campaign. I wonder how many Republican v**ers stayed home in 2016, in states like California, New York, and Illinois because they know they can't win?

I, wrote in Bernie. Debbie Wassermann Schultz had thrown my v**e away anyway. I know Bernie as his son took chemistry with me at Burlington High. I can see why lots of people don't bother to v**e. These two parties, (not mentioned in the Constitution) have taken the power to tell us who we can v**e for and they have a powerful grip. One bunch h**es the 1st amendment, the other bunch h**es the 2nd amendment, they teamed up to pass the P.A.T.R.I.O.T. Act, which got rid of the 4th amendment, they resigned their authority to declare war and gave it to Presidents 'way back in 1950, and 'way too many of 'em in both parties somehow manage to save $millions on a salary of $174,000 a year. But if you read Polybius' "History of Rome" published about 2200 years ago, there is a part where he goes off on a tangent and describes, generation by generation, the mental process by which republics morph into military dictatorships. It takes about 10 generations or 240 years. It seems to be a natural process.

to doglover99. Anybody who loves dogs can't be bad. But apparently you've never counted v**es. There are some very strict ways to prevent fraudulent v****g. I've been through the process many times while I was on our town select board. Weeks before the v**e the selectmen went through the v***r r**********n roles with the help of the town clerk. We did find two college kids who were not residents one time. They weren't trying to get Hillary or Trump elected. They were trying to get free skiing at a resort located in the mountainous part of town. The owner offered free skiing to town residents. We kicked them off in a hurry.

In the actual v**e, residents come in and at a table are several members of the board of civil authority. They have a list of registered v**ers and they check you off the list, give you a numbered metal ID tag and give you the b****ts. After you go through the covered v****g booths, you take your b****ts to another table where several other members of the board of civil authority take your metal ID tag, and you put your b****ts into the boxes. We generally have our b****ts color coded, so that local school issues might be pink, and town issues might be blue and state issues green and federal issues white, so that folks get the b****ts in the right box.

After the poles close, usually about 7PM, the counting starts. Selectmen and members of the BCA are usually the ones who do the counting and the town clerk supervises the count. Two people count each set of b****ts. I've shared counting with raving liberals and raging conservatives. Our counts are compared to the number of those ID tags and they better match. If not we go back and count 'em again. I seriously doubt that there was much of the problems that you seem worried about.

Ever heard of Miami-Dade County in Florida? After polls closed, several boxes of b****ts appeared out of no where? In Orange County there was 5 or 6 Republicans that were winning when the polls closed, however, boxes of additional b****ts showed up and they all lost? The same thing happened to Martha McSally in Arizona. Ever heard of "Veritas"? They did several undercover videos showing all the ways the Dummycrats do their fraudulent v****g. In California every time you get or renew a drivers license, you are automatically registered to V**e! Just because your experience was honest, that doesn't mean they are all honest.

I'm trying this "quote reply" again. I must agree that there are irregularities in v****g at times. Boss Tweed in NYC was an expert at that. I recall a case, when I was 15, that took place in Athens TN. The town had been run by a political group for ages but they overstept a bit in one e******n. Some WWII vets who had risked their lives liberating towns in Italy and France and the Philipines became dismayed that their own community didn't have liberty and it resulted in a shooting engagement. You can probably find the details online. A bunch of good ol'boy sherriff's deputies didn't stand much chance against a bunch of veteran WWII infantrymen. As I recall, when the veterans finally broke into the sherriff's office, there were a couple of deputies still stuffing phony b****ts into the b****t boxes. I recall being shocked when the NYT complained about this "lawlessness." All the news that's fit to print? No. Just the news that fits. So there are cases where v****g irregularities occur. If you have lots of very local v****g places in neighborhoods, this might help. It would quickly become evident if 10000 v**es showed up from the block between 102nd and 104th street when there were only 8000 people living there. V**er ID is surely part of a solution, but every v**er must be able to easily get an ID. I'll leave that problem to you city kids. But make sure that every legal v**er gets to v**e. Otherwise I will join that half baked bunch here in Vermont who want Vermont to go back to its original status as a separate republic as it was from 1777 to 1791.
