We don't need to adopt a new Constitution, we just need to get the government to follow it. We have these two private organizations, not mentioned in the Constitution, that have usurped the authority to tell us who we can v**e for. One bunch h**es the 1st amendment, the other bunch h**es the 2nd amendment, both got together to pass the P.A.T.R.I.O.T. act, that did away with the 4th amendment, every education bill violates the 9th and 10th amendments, and they resigned their Constitutional duty to decide on whether or not to go to war to the President back in 1950. On a salary of $174,000 a year, they somehow manage to save millions.

The purpose of the 3rd Amendment is quite simple, but what the hell does it have to do with anything? You are grasping for straws in focusing your rage against the Constitution on this particular amendment.

Article V of the US Constitution specifies the procedures and processes for amending the constitution, for repealing, rewriting or abolishing an existing amendment. So, if the 3rd Amendment has your panties in a wad, write to your reps and senators and tell them how you feel about it, see if they will take your complaints to the floor. I'm not your teacher or your chaplain, so cry on their shoulders.

Our Constitution DOES NOT set policies or establish regulations, it does not specify a national language or regulate v**er ID, it does not specify what types of guns we can own nor does it say anything about a******n.

So tell us, genius, what is the purpose of our Constitution? Include the Bill of Rights while you're at it.
