LOL...

China really has its panties in a knot over this...

Found a couple articles in regards to it...

Alibaba pulled Rocket merchandise from its online venues...

CCTV will cancel broadcasting of the NBA...

And China will quit cooperating with the league...

The NBA is about to lose a bundle over this.. Or maybe just the Rockets if the NBA can kiss enough yellow hiney...

For what it's worth, I support the right of the GM to make the statements he made... China has a history of going over the deep end when someone says something they dislike...
LOL... br br China really has its panties in a k... (show quote)

I think they are testing to see how far they can go. We are pretty much in their pocket.

As long as they are such a large market...

The public plays a massive part in things like this... Online forums pass information and stir people up... Then social media gets involved...

A while back the same thing happened to some high end designer brand from Italy...

Its not hard to get the public stirred up - for example, use a child in a UN speech. Those who are behind it know exactly what they're doing. The Germans were experts at it.

Yep... And the Chinese government has an excellent cybersquad to make sure that the public riles up in the right direction
