This is a classic case of "do somethingism".

The definition for who is mentally stable will slowly change. The noose will only tighten. In fact, anyone with imagination could string together your posts in a way to show you were unstable. It can happen to anyone.

Red f**g laws aren't for safety. They're for control. A 'thinker' knows this but a 'believer' doesn't.

I don't doubt you. I'll just repeat red f**g laws won't do a damn thing, no new law will to stop the mass shootings. The old laws aren't being followed. And mental health checks might help, although mandatory government ones won't do a thing.
