Yes. Although it was well-drawn; a very smooth curvature that doesn't look like the hand of a 70+-year-old person. So maybe one of his aids did it. I don't care who drew it, but i love how he sucked the media in again to spend an inordinate amount of time reporting on it. He is the Master Entertainer just as Reagan was the Great Communicator.
