The fact is that most were k**led by disease, and the "colonists" ( who were, in fact British subjects at the time) themselves were frequently k**led by these same diseases. They did not know how these illnesses were spread. I know of only one instance where a disease was deliberately introduced, and that was done by the British General Jeffrey Amherst during the French and Indian War, before we became a nation.
(BTW, look up Amherst some time. If you ever want a perfect example of an entitled, self-righteous son-of-a-b***h.)
