As a business owner there are many religions and beliefs that christians would agree have no place in a work place for employees.

Is it scientologists who don't believe in any medicine or even medical treatment? So if an owner of a business doesn't believe in medical procedures or medicine at all, would that not be violating his religious views to be forced to provide healthcare? This is the same exact argument that is popular with christians about a business owner having to pay for birth control pills because they are provided by the group insurance plan he has for his employees. A christian business owner's beliefs stop at the point where they involve with and interfere with an employee.

I'll tell you the slippery slope this whole religious beliefs interfering with people who do not share beliefs christians need to worry about...it's the flip side of beliefs as pertains to employees. A person's beliefs are going to be held in the same exact weight whether they own the company or work for it. Beliefs are as sacred as you want to make them, and the degree applies to all whether it is christian or muslim beliefs. If you say a christian has the right to practice beliefs then so does other faiths. This is a nation of multiple religious beliefs, and what makes it a great nation is that people are supposed to be able to believe wh**ever they want without persecution by any one religion or lack of religion.

If a liberal does not have beliefs they are not trying to make a christian adhere to theirs, they are trying to make sure the christian's doesn't interfere with any aspect of their lives.

Actually I know a fair number of true christians... they believe in god, but they have a tolerance for other people that are different that sets them apart from the alt christian, which is the same as an alt patriot, alt patriots seem to have no problem with Russian cyber attacks. Alt christians h**e mexicans, gays, anyone who wants to exercise their legal right to have an a******n.

I doubt you know any Christians because you don't know what it means to be a Christian.

I'm having a bit of a problem understanding your reply.
First you imply that you believe that Jesus is not who he said He is.
Then you argue that He did not do something that He did not do and that Moses was not something that the Bible does not say he was.

The Ten Commandments were given to Moses for the entire nation of Israel and the world, with Israel being God's chosen conduit for dealing with mankind.

In seventy years of attending Christian churches, I have never heard Moses referred to as a "Rabbi".

To make our position clear: True Christians do not attempt to force anyone to accept our faith, but we will seek an opportunity to present the Gospel to you, your acceptance or rejection is a decision that only you can make.

The liberal position is that Christians must not be allowed to make personal or business decisions in accordance with their beliefs.

Liberals...atheists if you want to call them that, don't give a damn about wh**ever people want to believe. They have no problems with muslims as long as they don't try to "practice" their religion, or bring religious views like stoning adulterers, or forcing employees of muslim owned companies to observe their religious views.

Liberals object to, not h**e, christian values such as anti a******n and anti gay crap being jammed down their throats. Keep your christian beliefs to yourself and stop trying to make those who don't share those beliefs.

Christians and other conservatives object to the lurid details of homosexual behavior and acceptance of a******n and other moral anomalies being crammed down the throats of their children as part of school curriculums, usurping the parents' rights and responsibilities of bringing their children up as they see fit.

I know the difference between h**eful nasty people who think they are christians, and those who treat people, all people with respect. My wife's mother was one of the finest people I have ever known, she embodied what it was to be a true christian, and the living proof was in the fact that she literally never had a mean spirited thing to say about anyone or any people. She was able to discuss people's plights without resorting to h**e filled rhetoric.

My mother was involved in a large church in North Carolina, the way she put it was that some of them were the nastiest meanest spirited people she had ever known in her life. They were bigoted r****ts that h**e b****s and they did not care who knew it.

I got perhaps better examples of what it means to be a good or bad christian than most, being raised as a catholic. My step father married my mom when I was five, and she had four kids. We were raised as catholics at that point, and went to catechism and were baptized and went to confession every week, etc. My dad's mother made no bones about the fact that she did not approve of her boy marrying a woman with kids. She took it further, she refused to accept us as grand kids, we were to call her Rosemary. At thanksgiving or christmas I liked to hang out in the kitchen and talk to whoever was cooking. I would see her giving treats to her real grandkids but she would not treat me the same. My dad's brothers and sisters were very aware of how she treated us and they were always telling her to lighten up and stop treating us so mean. My interpretation of her was that she was simply a mean nasty hag. She would deny me a treat after giving something to the other kids, always invoking jesus did this and god did that, like that made her meanness different.

My wife's parents were also catholic, and her mom was about as sweet a person as I've ever known. We respected her religious values such as not sleeping in the same room before we got married. She, they accepted my daughter as their grandchild when we got married. They treated her exactly as they treated their other grandkids. They insisted she call them grandma and grandpa, she got the same gifts and considerations in all respects.

As an adult I can at least understand why my dad's mother was such a mean spirited person, the man she was with was a bitter mean spirited guy who took no apparent joy in anything. He h**ed b****s and had a mean spirited attitude about anything and everything.

Which entirely false description of a curriculum about gays being crammed down kid's throats is part of the right wing rhetoric.
