How about because of welfare and $$ to other countries? Or how about expensive and inefficient union labor performing such work? Or how about misappropriation of funds earmarked for infrastructure by corrupt local and state politicians, and house representatives? I've been traveling through Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi , lousiana, texas and all are repaving roads and repairing bridges to beat the band so most of the south is using there fund well from what I can see wish the others would do the same there may not be another chance and they may need those roads and bridges in good repair if shtf
