quote=Gizard]Then why are so many people from other countries trying to flow into our country ? We spend a big part of our national budget sustaining a strong military that ultimately protects all of the free countries of the World from tyranny.

Hell, we need them on the home front to protect us from the flood of MS13 and terrorist crossing our borders unchecked which is more important the rest of the world or us.We cant help anyone till we help ourselves. These democrats and all their BS is causing a great deal of problems hell their letting people out of jail after they k**l people just to stick it to Trump and show him they don't have to do what he says their breaking the LAW[/quote]

Funny what is the first thing Trump did was to just take all the money from law enforcement to track gangs in their activities and Crackdown on them

You remember California ? This is an old article, but I think it shows how fuel taxes for roads and bridges get raided for other things. https://www.roadsbridges.com/california-state-budget-takes-gas-sales-tax-revenues-mass-t***sit?amp

Your right on states should not be able to do that!
Look at our national highway system that allowed us fast and efficient way to travel across the United States has degenerated into hardly more than a County Road. This is a federal problem. We also have an antique electrical grid at the Russians are always probing and most likely they have ability to turn the power off anytime they feel like it if done in the middle of a cold winter or Heatwave it could be devastating for Americans but as of yet they haven't found a penny to upgrade it and a trillion dollars plus that Trump borrowed for his famous tax break would have been far better for the country putting it towards infrastructure would have created high paying jobs and would have gotten much needed work done

Infrastructure high paying jobs are always the magic bullet. All during the worst of the bad Obama years I saw infrastructure spending going gangbusters and it did not mean squat. In my state Pennsylvania we have infrastructure spending coming out of our ears and have for years. Yet our roads and bridges still suck the big Obama. I am always stuck in traffic going through work zones, except I never see anyone working. They sure as hell never seem to complete a thing.

Our state spends more on road construction barriers than I can comprehend. Our state f**g is the Men Working sign. A false f**g if there ever was one. Penndot loves to shut down both lanes of traffic for 10 or 15 minutes while black topping. Years ago I never saw that, now it is routine.

Building the Pyramids was infrastructure spending. I bet the Mummies all thought it was a good thing too.
