I believe some i******s have actually slipped into jobs by nefarious means.

Employers who have been duped aren't liable for penalizing.

But...if a employer knowingly hires i******s, that employer needs to be fleeced down to bare essence to continue, that would be a start.

If draining the employers assets to just existing isn't good enough....ten years incarceration.

If stiff penalties aren't imposed, nothing will change.

Just as the DMV requires All legal citizens to show a authentic birth certificate to renew or obtain a specialized license, have all immigrants register for work permits...in the same manner.

Never friggin ever should identification requirements be more stringent on legal citizens.

I went to get a license to ride a motorcycle (rode for years without) the lady at the DMV told me my drivers license was only good for accountability, not bona fide i.d.

The only serious and lasting fix is...zero tolerance.

P.S....i strongly support v**er I.D's...no exceptions!

I strongly agree on v**er IDs as well as identification of people who contribute to pacs and other political entities as well as people who buy political ads on Facebook.

Not sure what you mean by nefarious. According to Farenthold's reporting this week, one of Trump's crew bosses told an illegal to go to the Bronx where he could get a SS card for cheap (~$100 ??). So we know that these sources exist. If we know it, the government knows it, and if the government knows it, there must be a way to determine legitimacy by company lawyers. F**e IDs are maybe in your nefarious category, but is ignorance by people with great resources an excuse? Not in my book.

Nothing so far is 100% fail safe, and I know of a business in White City Ore. where f**e paperwork for identification is sold.

If I know about it, the authorities most certainly do.

My opinion..nobody would be immune from prosecution, just as.."officer, I wasn't aware I was doing 120 mph" isn't acceptable.

I don't care if it's professional movie liars with landscapers or the whole motel and service industry.

No CEO is too important or too busy to handle this blight on our sovereignty and citizenship.

Hell yes! Let's clean it up!
