Conservative industrialists? Like Japan's tsunami trash that is just hitting our western coast? Or the hurricanes and tornadoes that dump the waste from all those rivers that flow into the Gulf? Or the zillions of tourists on the east coast who just think the ocean is a trash bag for them? It's not the feds that are supposed to clean these waters up, pal. It's the states...and they just don't care about it. Take a look at all the coastal cities on all three shores and tell me that they are conservative cities. They aren't. They DON'T care about it. They want to get rid of cows, airplanes and cars instead.

I would LOVE to see you give me an example of liberals cleaning up the coastal waters on the scale that it really needs to be dealt with.

I walk around the colleges these days and look at the trash left on Cafeteria tables by those indoctrinated into believing G****l W*****g and a lot of other environmental BS, yet they can't put their trash in the trash can or separate the recyclables?. But don't you dare use a plastic straw and endanger sea life or you'll never hear the end of it.

I am a bit confused about the plastic straw thing. There are much larger plastic things that we can focus on, like plates and cups. Or forks and spoons. Why straws?

I wonder if some straw making company somewhere likes Trump. That could be it, I guess...

Oh, you're not from California are you? Several cities have outlawed plastic straws and the state has mandated that servers cannot bring you a straw with you drink unless you specifically ask for one. They can be fined $1000 for an offense. This was brought on by the environmentalist because of all the plastic in the ocean in the North Pacific gyre and they found a turtle with a plastic straw stuck in its nose.

I see you have a grasp of the insanity in this state. Plastic straws probably account for 0.0001% of plastic waste that ends up in the ocean. And very little of it from North America. Most comes from Indonesia and areas of south and east Asia.

I grew up with paper straws and thought they were just fine. Why make extra plastic that isn't necessary?

Since Trump tweeted something about rather having immigrants coming from countries like Norway than 3rd World war torn countries he interprets that as Trump wants more super White people coming in and keeping brown and black people out. He then uses that to excuse mass i*****l i*********n.

I asked him how many new people are too many and he answered by asking me if I knew how many millions of square miles of empty space we have in this country. I said that places where I used to hunt now have houses on them. Places I use to fish and canoe are too crowded on weekends. I asked him why he wanted to fill up my country and turn it into India or China.

I think that just as stupid white people thought they could be absolved of their r****m guilt by electing Barak Insane Obama as President, so these same stupid White people think that letting millions of i******s into America will do what Obama failed to do, take away their own r****m.
