If you don’t like it pound sand, because that is the way it is. The rights are inalienable bestowed by your creator, what don’t you get?

Thank you, Jeff. But if you will notice the clause I put in bold print states, “nor any person”.

I'm not a lawyer, but as I read that amendment, it says,
nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”. This seems to refer to the individual States, not the United States. We owe those bastard invaders nothing.

First thing in the morning let's open the cages and send them all home after fingerprinting them ,DNA taken and facial regnition photo.
Sent home with information on the right way to immigrat and a warning if ever caught again they will never be eligible for entrance and never be us citizens.
If more show up we immediately perform the above procedures and send them back 24 hour processing.
None spend even a day before going home.
GREAT IDEA AND HOW IT SHOULD WORK...but what would the Dem/Socialist/Islamic politicians have to do?? Oh, maybe their job that they were elected to do!!

The 14th Amendment was written to insure that newly freed s***es weren’t denied rights that any other citizen was entitled to. It was NOT meant to confer citizenship on children born to i*****l a***ns.
The operative language is, “and subject to the jurisdiction thereof.” An ambassador from another country or an i*****l a***n who comes into the US illegally does not become “subject to the jurisdiction” of the US.
Unfortunately, because of wrongheaded decisions by the SCOTUS, babies born to i*****l a***ns have had citizenship status conferred on them. Hence the term ‘anchor babies.’
Few other countries recognize that privilege. The US however still does, even though the 14th Amendment was never intended to allow it. Time to change that law and eliminate anchor babies.

I’d be all for it except for one thing. It’s against our Laws. Congress needs to change the laws.
Agree and it's what the majority of the people want but the left refuses to do it. They want to rule not serve.
That's the root of our immigration problem.
