The money request was tied up into building the wall, sorry the Dems are not that stupid, that's why they refused, just as so many other bills have gone through by piggybacking getting them approved before the people even know about them and are able to object, a process that should be completely revoked. Apparently YOU are that stupid. This whole policy was put in place under Obama's administration. The cages and family separations were there already in 2014. The policy you seem to detest had been put in force under Obama. Those earlier pictures were of when Obama had control. None of you ,on the left, ever complained about them at that time. Obama also never had such a crush at the border, when in power. He had to leave when his term was up, after telling those they should come to this country and would be welcomed. That is what I recall but the wording was probably different. The Dems have keep up that position even when they knew there was a crisis at the border.

No that is not the law. You are hopeless. They are to have a hearing. Not enough facilities, judges, or time unless we change our laws. Sometimes it takes days just to find out if the kid someone drug across the border is actually theirs. many aren't. A Guatemalan man caught yesterday d**gging a baby across the border admitted he bought the child for $80. This is what the Congress is giving us by not having the guts to change the laws as Trump would like them to.
