ANS.The Obama Care was unconstitutional from beginning to end. That was why it was brought to SC for decision. The SC decision was also unconstitutional. Requiring tax to those who did not want to join was a constitutional blunder. SC could not do that. Only Congress could initiate tax proposal. Now, again the BO care could be reversed.

ANS.No one obstructed the BO Care. The obstruction was the unconstitutionally mandated piece of legislation. The was the obstruction.
BO care system set up initially cost $5 billion, not functional effectively and was revised a number of times, on a trial/error basis. More billions of dollars expended to make the system work. Then it government spent $640 billion dollar per year. Amount of debt added for 10 years is $940 billion.
Individual premiums for individual and family went up every year, that nobody could afford.

ANS.Streamlining the system did not worked. In fact many fraudulent clinic provider had reaped had reaped up billion of dollars.
GOP had nothing to do with the process because it was a system set up otherwise you have to revise the whole thing and spend more billions of dollar.

The GOP had nothing to do with the Obama mandate cause it was a system failed to function. The cost could not be controlled due to the demands of all the tens of millions added Medicaid patients. The framework set up was the problem. The individual premiums kept on going up that are not affordable.

About drug prices. Check with Hillary Clinton who is part of the Drug Industry members enabling the price to sky rocket. This was due to drug lobbying companies who have a quid-pro-quo with Clinton and the democrats hundreds of million dollar donations to their political campaign.

The ObamaCare is not workable. First make it constitutionally legal, then revise many of the provisions and functions with effective control, to be sustainable. Initially estimated to cost $1.3 trillion for 10 years. But not possible. It could double that amount.

In a secret meeting in 2016 Chief Justice Roberts met with a few others and Obama and decided that they would just accept that Obama was born in Kenya and let the e******n stand and revise Obama's birth place to be Hawaii.
Roberts rewrote the Affordable Care Act and passed a tax, all on his own.
Roberts stalled the citizen question on the forms for the Census.
Roberts has been a leftie Justice since Obama was elected.

I have been saying ever since Roberts saved Obamacare by declaring it a tax, that someone has something on him that he doesn’t want made public. I still don’t understand his reasoning because any tax has to start in the house, and that one wasn’t. The whole act was unconstitutional.

Woody, you are lying and hallucinating.
Implemented to save billions of dollars? The opposite was true. Here is what happened. Let us look back at the history of this BO Care. Legislation passed thru Congress without GOP v**e. 2009. Pelosi asked the radical DEMS signed before reading. Did not pass the Senate, lack of 60 v**es to pass. Senator Kennedy died. In 2010, used the Reconciliation act, majority needed only to pass. It did pass. But was not legal unless there is an increase in revenue. Brought to the SC. Roberts decided that those who did not want to join would be imposed tax penalty. So, for a number of years that decision was used. However, still unconstitutional. Because only the House could impose a tax. Still Democrats proceeded allowing the BO care used taxing annually the individuals who refused to join. Premiums increased so high annually.

Obama lied, like Woody.
You can save $2,500 per year.
You can keep you doctors
You can keep your insurance.
NONE OF THAT ARE TRUE. THE OPPOSITE WAS.

Upon president Trump's taking over the BO Care, the tax mandate was removed. That is where we are now.. Will cost at least $640 billion/year. But kept on the rising premiums families could not afford. Ten year projection of cost $1.3 trillion. But won't be sustainable, and could double the amount.

A revision is needed, revision, to make it legal, and affordable.

The former President’s legacy is once again on the line.

That’s because this major court case has Barack Obama staring at defeat that will ruin his life forever.

A federal district court judge in Texas shocked legal observers when he ruled in favor of a coalition of Republican State Attorneys General in their bid to finally overturn Obamacare.

District Court Judge Reed O’Connor agreed with the Attorneys General that when Congress eliminated the penalty for not having health insurance, it invalidated the entire law since coverage mandates and regulations were so closely tied to being required to purchase health insurance.

Blue State Attorneys General and House Democrats quickly appealed to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals – known to be the most conservative in the country.

A three-judge panel consisting of George W. Bush appointee Judge Jennifer Elrod, Trump appointee Judge Kurt Engelhardt, and Jimmy Carter appointee Judge Carolyn Dineen King will hear the case.

Some liberals were distressed by this news.

Ian Millhiser – a columnist for the far-left ThinkProgress website – whined that the se******n of this panel of judges meant the law’s certain doom.

“The Texas lawsuit seeking to k**l Obamacare will be heard by a Trump judge and a nightmare Bush judge (panel is King, Elrod, and Engelhardt). So Obamacare is likely struck down by the Fifth Circuit and will have to be rescued by Roberts,” Millhiser tweeted.

That’s because the judges also issued an order for arguments on standing should the Republican State Attorneys General prevail in the Fifth Circuit.

The Trump administration is siding with the Republican State Attorneys General.

If the administration wins, the Democrats would not have standing to appeal since the administration is tasked with enforcing the law and their stated position is that the law is unconstitutional.

University of Michigan law professor Nicholas Bagley told the Washington Post this represents a disaster for pro-Obamacare Democrats.

“More to the point, the House and the blue states would immediately seek a stay pending appeal while they pursued their standing arguments in front of the Supreme Court. But arguing about whether they have standing is not the footing on which they want to go to the Court,” said Bagley.

“More generally, this order suggests that the Fifth Circuit panel may be hostile to the ACA and inclined to support the red states. The odds that the Fifth Circuit does something nasty to the health-reform law have gone up.”

One way or the other, the Fifth Circuit is shaping up to be the end of the road for legal challenges to Obamacare.

If the Republican State Attorneys General and the Trump administration lose, the likelihood is that the Supreme Court will refuse to hear an appeal considering they have already twice upheld the law thanks to Chief Justice John Roberts acts of treachery.

And if the Fifth Circuit rules that the opposition has no standing to appeal, the case is dead.

There is no doubt but that Obama is a national hero but it's hard to determine which nation. I guess I would place my bet on Iran, but Saudi, Pakistan, and a half dozen others could be runners up.
