the year before the ACA hers was $950 a month for the best Kaiser plan
the first year of the ACA it was $450mo
it went down every year to where it was $350mo in 2015

it went up retroactively (WTF?)for 2016 to $925mo so she got hit with an unexpected $8000 bill
it is $950 a month now because of insurance company instability in terms of future concerns
