You do know the whole birther issue was started by Hillary's campaign in 2008. Since Hillary is trustworthy, I believed her, for about 10 minutes.

Fox News senior judicial analyst Andrew Napolitano said there’s not much room for interpretation when it comes to President Donald Trump’s claim that he’d “listen” if a foreign power offered dirt on a political rival.

“He would be committing a felony,” Napolitano told host Shepard Smith on Thursday.
Trump this week said “there’s nothing wrong with listening” to dirt on an opponent, no matter what the source.

“They have information,” he said in an ABC interview. “I think I’d take it.”

Napolitano said that would be a crime, and there’s “no wiggle room” as the Federal E******n Commission has in previous cases decided that opposition research is considered a “thing of value.”

Under the law, a candidate can’t receive anything of value from a foreign national related to a U.S. e******n.

And that means Trump would be committing a crime.

“The president of the United States of America is prepared to commit a felony to get reelected,” he said. “That was my reaction, and it was not a happy one.”

Napolitano also said that whoever gives the president that info would also be committing a felony.

" a thing of value" ? your such a joke I couldn't quit laughing for some time . information IS valuable . true , but not in a monetary sense . or why isn't your hitlary , sitting in prison ? although she may be sitting in a prison when the investigations are all finished . BUT , she and the dnc did PAY FOR IT ,which does have a monetary value . BY ,BY , you criminal t*****rs . they should give them all LIFE , without parole .

Oh good grief. Congressional testimony, (sworn testimony, e-mails, text messages, official documents, whistle-blower testimony,) is being released on practically a daily basis. Of course the abusively biased, false narrative media refuses to report it. ALL this information is VERY easy to find

I agree with you. And it is also illegal to put WM Brotherhood inside our Government and sell Uranium to Russia.
TRUMP LISTENING to information about someone can only be one of 2 things someone’s agenda to do harm or informative. Listening as a crime is stupid.

If you don't listen you won't know if it's a crime or not and it doesn't become a crime until you act on it. What did Clinton do? Was it a crime?

Sorry, it seems English is a second language for you. I could not decipher what you meant. If you are saying that information is valuable but not in a monetary sense, what about inside trading?
