Your five points that Flynn had had these encounters with, I believe is bogus. I only heard of his talking with the Russians during the t***sition and that was legal. Just because he didn't remember all of the conversations he had had with other countries is the result of his lying to the FBI. Which was a set up by Comey and he stated as much on tv, a number of times. The FBI people that interviewed Flynn were convinced Flynn didn't lie but Mueller decided to change that information.
