Until the EPA steps in. Never count a govt project as finished on time. I the by products are toxic you don't care? How very hypocritical of you.

I don’t know where you get your toxic scoop, but if there were any t***h to that CA would certainly not be mandating solar. San Francisco is even banning e-cigarettes and most CA stores are phasing out plastic bags. Since Trump came in, the EPA has become a joke. It’s being run by an oil co. lobbyist.

Did anyone notice that the Trump tribe had better seats at the Normandy ceremony than the United States cabinet members? Trump’s “royal family” takes precedence over all, it seems.

You are delusional kemmie. Cali is the unmitigated s**thole of the universe. I been there about 1000 times during my trucking career and I have to say retiring and not having to go to that cesspool was one of the benefits that was most beneficial. Unfortunately, we here in Colorado are suffering from the influx of Cali refugees abandoning that dump and are bringing their ignorant libtoid mentality with them~

kemmer's one of those i***ts that thinks because government says it, it must be true. Like Pelosi or Boxer or any of the other politicians in California are immune to graft and or being bought. Does he think the solar industry hasn't thrown lobby dollars at his politicians. It is always follow the money. Exactly why these parasites get to stay in power so long because i***ts like Kemmer believe they really have his best self interests at heart. Probably why most of them end up worth ten times as much when they retire as they had when they started.

Florio’s one of those unfortunates who believes every word Trump says even though we all know 99% of what he says are demonstrable lies.

Recent headlines Kem~~I doubt envy is the word~~

A record number of homeless people are dying across Los Angeles County — on bus benches, hillsides, railroad tracks and sidewalks.
Last year alone, 918 people died. And in the last five years, deaths have jumped 76%, outpacing the growth of the homeless population, according to an analysis of county coroner data by Kaiser Health News...

It is a combination of people who are living for a long time in unhealthy situations and who have multiple health problems,” said Michael Cousineau, a professor at the Keck School of Medicine of USC. “There are more complications, and one of those complications is a high mortality rate. It’s just a tragedy.”
Nearly 53,000 people were homeless in L.A. County last year and most were not living in shelters, according to a point-in-time count of homeless residents. That’s an increase of about 39% since 2014.

A lot more to it and this is only LA~~

We won’t even touch on their 400 billion bond liabilities which is probably one of the reasons no money is spent.. They couldn’t get more liability bonds???

A big problem for Nevada, Arizona, Oregon and Washington too. Californians move there to escape California and then want to make it another California. Nevada wants a wall to keep Californians out. I grew up there. Its a shell of what it used to be.

I apologize to no one for not being a muff diver. I have no control over the parks and restrooms you prowl in.
