I have told you before - I am in no party. I wrote in a candidate last time and refused to be beholden to the two worst candidates in this country's history. Calling Trump names only demeans yourself not him. You're better than that. The only one I follow is my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

There are scores of Federal laws for all, new laws that were for our protections under Obama and taken away by Trump, there's their sign. Looks like there are a couple of different laws one from NJ
The bill, approved by the New Jersey Assembly and the Senate, would allow municipalities to create utilities that can collect fees from homeowners and business owners that have large paved surfaces, like driveways and parking lots. During storms, rainwater mixes with pollutants on those surfaces before running into sewers and drains. The funding from the fees could be used for upgrades to reduce the impact on the environment.

Another from Ohio a fee one collecting rainwater in barrels, there is a privledge fee along with a barrel fee. Outrageous those things have to do with local government and municipalities, people should not relect their representatives who approve such things.
