It’ll stand. The judiciary is not under the command of the DOJ.

A federal judge most certainly can.

A federal judge cannot make the Attorney General break the law.

Trump has made no effort to reach any besides his 32-40% base in 2 years. He interrupts meetings to check his Twitter feed when he needs a shot of adoration from his base. He’s a cultmeister.

A federal judge can't do that.
It's interesting how propaganda spreads... but I'm not surprised with this.

Why can't he? Why do you think things the american people need to and should know should be hidden by Trump and Barr?

Keep up the hope Pete. But, I'm starting to think it's only a dream for you.
It's looking like the treason, s******n, and high crimes, and misdemeanors were perpetrated by your folks.

Be interesting to watch it all play out.

Stay tuned.

Criminal Obstruction... one of many cases of it listed in Mueller's report. Just because Barr can't or won't go after Trump for it doesn't mean congress can't.

As a side issue, pay attention to the interactions with Russia e******n i**********e Mueller listed several people's involvement in.

You'd think that a federal judge would know that revealing grand jury materials and any information about an ongoing investigation to anyone other than authorized justice dept authorities is a violation of federal law.

They can release it any time there is no further need to keep it secret. There is no reason not to release most of the Mueller report redactions except that it outlines criminal actions by Trump.

Barr can easily and simply ask that court protections be lifted, but he is covering for Trump, it's obviously hiding things that are worse than what we can see.

Even in the few cases where Trump could legitimately assert executive privilege, and they are few and specific, in any one that involves a crime there is no executive privilege. So all of McGann's testimony is fair game. Plus any attorney who is white house counsel, not Trump's personal attorneys works for and on behalf of the government, not Trump.

They may get him too. Looks to me like Trump, and Barr are going scorched earth now. And good for them!

Are you watching as details of Mueller's report concerning obstruction come out or not? It's a race to discredit Mueller before people have a chance to see how black and white Trump's obstruction and Russia's e******n i**********e was.

It would be nice for you to post something of value. This is your usual trash. The rule of law favor Barr.

The rule of law is the rule of law, and Barr has thrown it under the bus trying to protect Trump.

The one paying attention to the rule of law is the one the law favors, and Mueller listed half a dozen prosecutable obstruction cases directly against Trump. The DOJ says they can't indict, but congress can impeach under the violations of the law so that he can be prosecuted.

Barr doesn't get to make the laws like he's trying to, he is supposed to follow them and be the one to support actions against Trump as evidenced by Mueller

Well, there is that pesky law that doesn't allow certain things to be made public. Oh, but we don't really need to worry about that do we?

See? I've said all along that if one single word was redacted, you people would scream that it would have been the silver bullet you need so badly, and now we have a cover up.

You dolts are so predictable it's laughable.

Yep, some clowns sitting on the Federal bench can make any ludicrous ruling they want, but his stupidity will be appealed and reversed.

Why shouldn't people see this information, because it doesn't go well for Trump?

There's nothing ludicrous about the whole thing being unredacted, it's the only way to lay Barr's i***tic spin on it to rest.

Why don't you list those for us, and explain how they are prosecutable.
