My "neighbor", about 15 acres over is elderly, lets his dogs roam. They ended up digging under our fence and k*****g 17 chickens. These are layers, so my grandchildren had named them and it was beyond sad. I DID NOT k**l my neighbor's dogs, I talked to HIS neighbors who said they would alert this old man to keep his dogs up. I find it appalling to k**l a dog when an accommodation can be reached. If it had been necessary, we would have got together and fenced his yard, not k**led his pets.
