I think you are confused, after reading several books. Perhaps the book of Islam, or of Budha?

The Holy Bible will tell you that Christ is God.

John 1:1,14, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God…14, And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and t***h.”
Those few who refuse to accept Lord Jesus as God in the flesh are not true Christians. Jesus told Pilate, "My Kingdom is not of this world". This statement alone should be sufficient to realize Jesus is Lord and the King of heaven.

Nabeel Quereshi was a American Muslim of Pakistani parents who abandoned Islam and turned to Jesus Christ while in college. In this video, he shares his journey from Islam to Christianity.

Another Muslim, Hazem Farraj tells his story from Islam to Christ

Romans 1-the entire chapter sums it all up nicely

Not according to those TV shows that chase big-foot and other crypto-animals. They are there, they just can't find them

Very interesting and powerful message from the video.
Two dev**e Muslims turned Christians. Very touching and compelling story. Perhaps they could evangelize other Muslims. Though it is very dangerous for them.

Thanks for posting Blade.

There is a growing conversion rate among Muslims, and yes it is dangerous for both the evangelist and the convert. Christian converts in radically anti-Christian societies like Muslim countries and China show what true faith is, they are truly willing to die for theirs. And Western societies have become so corrupted many throw the gifts and blessings God has graced, (unearned favor,) them with away. That is why LIVING a Christian life, setting a good example (like you do,) is so important. And being happy. Yes, God want us to take the human footsteps and witness for Christ and our Heavenly Father, and call out and work against evil and wickedness, but we also know we can trust God completely, so we are free to be happy. If you haven't read "Tortured For Christ" by Dr. Richard Wurmbrand it is a wonderfully inspirational book. It is not very long, and is hard to put down. I may read it again myself, but I'll have to get another copy, I keep giving them away. What blesses one, blesses all.

I've watched dozens of former Muslims telling their stories of coming to Jesus. Their experiences are far more powerful than we can even imagine. Some could be called a miracle.

Here is a compilation of testimonials of ex Muslims who Converted to Christianity

Thanks for that link.

I’ve watched some testimonials of people who have lost families and friends because of their belief in Christ. Losing family and friends stops many.

Thanks God, they are seeking for the t***h.
Their experience touched me, and was very moving. I pray God will save more of them.

Thank you Blade.

whenebrat, I agree, we can't have it both ways. NY State is a capital punishment state even though they haven't executed anybody since 1963. So, based on this we can say they stay away from legally murdering anybody. On the other hand I watched the d********g site a few weeks ago with the NY lawmakers in session applauding when it was announced that a******n in the third trimester (therefore anytime) was v**ed in. Virginia allows the death penalty and also allows infanticide, the k*****g of an innocent baby after birth. Can anyone imagine putting a just-born baby to death, of course, after making he/her comfortable as the Virginia governor said. Here in South Carolina the first heartbeat legislation is in the process as it is in Georgia and Alabama and other states.

A question for all;
Is infanticide okay?

It was done in the Bible, if I remember correctly in a number of places (along with a lot of other adults and children). With the present medical technology available, if the infant was not going to survive without extreme measures or was doomed to a life of pain or required constant 24 hour attention because of mental aberrations ... maybe. But that's not a decision that I or you could make, because it's up to the physician, spiritual adviser, and the parent(s) to decide. We're not there, don't know all the circumstances, and aren't involved. Personally, I would probably opt for it, since the infant/child/impaired adult would have no chance at any kind of meaningful life, and would prove a major burden to both the family and the society. Harsh way to go, but it has to be looked at.

No?

Note: I happen to agree with both you and Tommy on this one...

Mostly, you simply enjoy being disagreeable don’t you?

Not always a burden on the family. As I’ve said before, they are often a blessing to the family...these children born with impairments. They are innocent and give endless love. Their lives are not without meaning. Rethink that part, please.

As I said, that's a decision to be made by family, spiritual adviser and medical staff. I don't doubt that what you have stated is correct for them. But we can't go with a "one size fits all" edict that will respect only the wishes of a religious minority.
