Thank you Blade. Beautiful, and I like that very much. Problem is when I am happy, I cry of joy. I can't help to stop.

That was Psalm 8-A Psalm of David, from the director of music.

The number of bad priests is minimal compared to the total number of priests. They let a few perverts get past them and they are now paying the price. A good Catholic is a good Christian. I’m not Catholic but am friends and relatives of many.

Thank you Carol. Your mind is broad, properly analyzing people's faith. I too have Evangelical relatives.
I believe any good Christian goes to heaven.

That Priests problems came from the L**T's or gays, who disguised, and applied to be priests, only to abuse some kids later. Sad, but mostly eradicated. 99% of Priests are innocent sacrificing their lives serving God.

My two Evangelical nephews in NY, and NJ, took off work to be with me for one month, after my appendix surgery last December. But they love me so much cause I've loved them since they were young. The nephew from NY is the current VP of JP Morgan Chase, in charge of North America, Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

That is the relationship we have in the family, regardless of differences we have in Christian faith.
Being a faithful Catholic, some Evangelicals at OPP, accused me of being a cult. I'm faithful to my covenant with God, and trust Him who decides.

God bless!

What anti-Christian bigots fail to point out is p*******es go where they have access to children. That is why you find them around schools, church youth groups and so on. It isn't the Christian message that attracts these perverts, (they really have contempt for Christ,) it's the availability of children. And these creeps know at a church, whether Catholic or Protestant the focus is on welcoming and faith, not suspicion. Sadly now (as society defines deviancy further and further downward,)churches have to be suspicious

Watch out for the boy scouts and the girl scouts as well now that they have gone to just scouts. Also watch out for a rise in impregnation in those groups that have accept bots and girls together in their scouting programs because that is accident waiting to happen in my opinion.

You are right there. The current school system now protects those perverts. Any form of isolation from them accuses you of being a bigot or r****t. Most innocent Priests became the victims of bad reputation, because of the behavior of these few.

I don't mind them born that way. It is not their fault. But imposing their way of life to others is d********g, and I could not accept that. Now, they demand their rights. Rights beyond the moral code that we must follow.

I just read a post called "wrongs and rites" I got a chuckle out of it and I thought you might get a chuckle out of it as well.

I think the user might just be in such a hurry.
But for the benefit of the doubt. Let us clarify the simplest way.

Wrong is an adjective
Right is also an adjective

Rite is a noun, a ceremony, religious or formal ritual, a liturgy, and could be office celebration, etc.

I believe it was a play on words and meant to be that way?

Yes because a "rite" is part of a ceremony or some such, like "last rites". And then the "wrong". You write as tho English is your second language, Radiance, tho you write extremely well. This play on words might be lost on you because of that. One of those nuance things.

Yes, you are right. In fact, some people at OPP called me before as a Russian bot, or an i*****l a***n.

Here is a brief history of my life.
I started college when I was 16. Got the SAT a high score; graduated at 20, married at 21, and widowed at 24. My husband and I married after college. Shortly after that, he was drafted to Vietnam. He was not able to come home.

Yes, I was not born here. My uncle got me and adopted me. He was one of the 2 uncles who were born and grew up here. The older one died during the battle of Normandy, WW II. My other uncle was assigned in the Pacific, but he came home safely.

Uncle came home, brought me here. He and his wife had no children, so they adopted me. They loved me so much. When both of them passed away, they made me the beneficiary of their estate. But I was already a widow at that time.

Met my husband in college, I was in the sophomore. We were both Catholics. He was one year ahead of me. While still in college, he spoke to my uncle asking his permission to marry me. Uncle asked him, "do you have a job ?". He said," not yet, but we could stay with my parents until we graduate." He was the only child.

We obeyed, waited, and then got married. But shortly after, he was drafted to Vietnam. The most painful moment of my whole life. I promised to myself, I will never marry again. Our wedding picture, was inside his wallet when he left for Vietnam. At the back of that, I printed this :

Elizabeth Barrett Browning - 1806-1861
•How do I love thee? Let me count the ways.
I love thee to the depth and breadth and height
My soul can reach, when feeling out of sight
For the ends of being and ideal grace.
I love thee to the level of every day's
Most quiet need, by sun and candle-light.
I love thee freely, as men strive for right.
I love thee purely, as they turn from praise.
I love thee with the passion put to use
In my old griefs, and with my childhood's faith.
I love thee with a love I seemed to lose
With my lost saints. I love thee with the breath,
Smiles, tears, of all my life; and, if God choose,
I shall but love thee better after death.

After graduating college, took my CPA Board, worked as Auditor and Accountant in private and government entities for more than 30 years.

And here I am getting old, no children, but I have many nieces and nephews. I helped them to colleges and universities. My life now dedicated in my Catholic faith, and helping those who are the least of us.

Jesus taught us to love one another, as he loves us.
That is my Catholic faith. Some at OPP called me a cult.
That is okay, as long as Christ knows who I am.

Thanks for listening.

What an interesting story, Radiance!! And how lucky you are to have been well loved in your life, by your uncle and his wife, and by your husband. So much loss, tho. I'm so sorry I'm glad to see your losses strengthened your faith. Bless you.

Thanks for sharing. For too many marriage is disposable, although there is nothing wrong with marrying again if the right person comes along. I lost my wonderful sweet-heart 10 years ago after 33 years, but I still feel married. God bless you. (I know that He does, He blesses me every day, and I am most thankful.)

Thank you debeda. Now, for the remaining years of my life, I will return the grace and love of God to many.

God bless, and may God be with you as well
